애시필드 호스텔

호텔간판이 위에 조그맣게 붙어있어서 호스텔앞에서도 입구찾기가 애매했으며, 날씨가 추워졌는데 룸이 굉장히 추워서 리셉션에서 담요를 얻어다 덮었음. 나중에 히터를 틀어주셨음. 화장실 세면대에 온수, 냉수가 각각인데 세면대 마개가 없어서 냉수만 사용했으며 온수, 냉수밸브 고장으로 밤새 물흐르는 소리가 났음. 변기도 누수가ㅈ되는듯 계속 똑똑 물떨어지는 소리가 났는데 리셉션에 얘기하니까 지금은 어찌 할수가 없어서 다음날 고친겠다고 했는데 글쎄? 리셉션 직원들은 친절했음. 무료 조식은 먹을게 없었음.

일단 침대도 깔끔하고 보안도 잘 되있어서 여자 혼자 숙박하기에도 괜찮았다

다른 호스텔보다 금액이 더 높았는데 시설은 더 별로였다. 침대는 여섯 개인데 충전포트가 두 개 뿐이라 너무 곤란했다. 욕실도 좀 오래 됐는지 청소는 되어 있지만 깔끔하진 않다.

It was really great considering the low fare. The coach stations were very close, not even 5 mins to walk, and it was literally right inside the city centre. People were very kind, even though I used dormitory room, it was very quiet except the music sound from club nearby here. It would be good for expecting clubbing in Dublin. But unfortunately, the water was not hot enough for shower and there were some of items not provided,like shampoo. However, am satisfied generally. There were printer and lockers I could use for cheaper price and the breakfast was not bad.

건물이 오래되었는지 바닥이 삐걱거리더군요. 엘레베이터가 없어서 캐리어 들고 2층 올라가는데 와우... 위치는 좋아요! 조식도 호스텔치고 다양하게 나오구요. 스탭 친절해요. 외출할때 키를 맡기고 나가야하는게 좀 불편했어요. 도미토리 룸이 굉장히 작아서 캐리어 열면 통행이 어려운 정도? 개인 사물함이 없는것도 좀 아쉬웠어요.

O quarto era limpo todos os dias, as camas são confortáveis, o espaço é muito bom, e a cozinha é completa. Localização perfeita

Room was clean, staff were great and incredibly helpful. Especially when I asked to check-in early after my redeye flight. Only issue was the washroom was on the smaller side considering it was a room for a total of 8 people.

Friendly front desk staff, central location. Shares a wall with the night club next door so it’s very loud until 2am. Everyone in the room was very respectful though and stayed quiet coming and going.

It was OK the hosterl itself was good but the guests were not

My room basically had no amenities (to be fair, they probably were not in their hosting page) and could use some fixing up. But the staff were lovely and the hostel is in a great location.

The staff were great, friendly but not intrusive. One of the night staff at the desk played a harmonica and he was awesome. Felt like you were at home with friends. The one negative was that there was no curtain across the bunks to block light if someone came in late. Or to hopefully baffle the snoring individual across the room.

Nous sommes voyageurs à vélo. L’auberge de jeunesse a eu la gentillesse de garder nos housses de vélos jusqu’à notre prochaine réservation.

Clean and beds were comfortable. Great location for sightseeing but also meant people milling around outside, talking until wee hours of the night.

My traveling companion and I were very disappointed in our stay at the Ashfield Hostel - so much so, that we checked out 4 days early to stay at another location. The staff was respectful, but neither of us felt comfortable walking in or out of the hostel at night. I had gone down to receive a food delivery we had ordered, and several highly intoxicated men attending the SoHo club next door tried getting too close to me. All throughout the night until 4:30am we could hear people screaming, bottles shattering, and incessant intoxicated singing. While observing out our window, I also witnessed people indulging in severely illegal drugs. The room itself was not great either. The bathroom in particular was very disappointing. I am not a large person, but I could barely turn 360 degrees in the shower - I could barely clean myself. Also, as soon as you turned on the shower head, the shower was so small, the water instantly sprayed the entirety of the floor below it, leaving it completely soaked which required us to acquire more towels, which we had to pay for. This hostel was also advertised to have laundry units, which it did not.
