Staff really polite Very clean Great amenities Could do with tv for match in bar Food could be slightly better although the carvery was excellent

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We came back from a show (approx 9.20pm) to be told there was no way we could get any food. The kitchen was closed. We were happy to have something in our room but there was nothing available. We couldn't believe as residents that we could not get any food in an establishment. The pool was very cold too and the music was very loud and clearly audible from our room late into the night so not ideal with a young child. The breakfast was nice and the waitress serving was very kind and attentive.

I was in Rosscarbery for work for a night. The hotel is in a great location, and is lovely and comfortable with great amenities.

Beautiful hotel, confortable rooms and delicious breakfast.

Very noisy guests, no respect for others. I felt like a number passing through. Didn’t get a receipt yet promised one.

Lovely bay views , spectacular views. Walking distance to Chinese , chippy , shop & 3 other bars up the road to town , bit of steep walk. Staff always lovely mags & team always give a warm welcome lovely to see a familiar face there to greet us back superb service as always , mags always sorts me out with my food dietary requirements her & chef absolutely fantastic. Another lovely stay

The stay was a real pleasure. The food options, particularly at breakfast, which used every day, were excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The service was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Great hotel and wonderful scenery locally

Lobby and public areas are beautiful, gym is excellent, rooms are clean but a bit tired

We stayed overnight for a wedding nearby and wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely area, and surroundings. The bar area downstairs is excellent and the room was ideal (slightly dated but everything we needed and we had a nice quiet sleep). I have to leave a note for the Collette in reception, she was able to arrange an early check in, and book a taxi as well as just being lovely to deal with. If im in the area again, this will be my hotel.

Chambre confortable mais fenêtre avec barreaux et qui s'entrouvre seulement. Vue sur une air de jeu aquatique. Un hôtel pour familles donc et non pour les couples qui recherche un peu de bucolique. Petit-déjeuner continental decevant. Des viennoiseries bas de gamme. Un scone aurait pu sauver le reste... Dommage!

They upgraded our room and it was wonderful - with a little balcony, overlooking the river. Lot's of parking, easy to fine, clean and quite comfortable. Would stay there again!
