The units were comfortable and really designed for those who plan to be "out and about." The rooms provide the basics and are very clean. We actually stayed at the facility twice due to the excellent location. We suggest asking for one of the upper floors because there is quite a bit of street noise on the south side that one can hear.

Great location! New and modern hotel that is clean and welcoming. Staff were kind and the room was simple but nice with a very comfortable bed.

Decent place to stay in Dublin City center. Easy walking access to Pubs, Guinness, Jameson, Cathedral, lots of shopping. The only negative is that THERE IS NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOMS.

Great hotel with lots of shopping, restaurants and public transportation available. Walkable to many popular Dublin sites. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating!

A block from the He'penny Bridge, so quick and easy access to the Temple Bar region. Close to cheap eats, M&S grocery for grab and go snacks. Very quiet. Room windows open up to a central courtyard, so you only get bird sounds and fresh air. The rooms are compact, so not for those who need to spread out or bring lots of luggage. TV in room. Bed comfortable. Water hot. Quiet. Convenient to sites. All we needed.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Tous les lieux touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Le quartier de Temple bar est à 3mn à pied.Le personnel que ce soit à la réception ou au bar est d'une extrême gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais la literie est excellente. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

The hotel has a great location in the city centre. Cosy lounge and bar as well as the outside area. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Clean bathroom and the room was quiet. Had breakfast included which was good - no hot dishes like bacon, scrambled eggs or sausages. Fresh fruits, different types of bread, yoghurt, cereals etc

Absolute perfect location! Close to everything but far enough (only a few minute walk) from the bar area to be quiet at night. Couldn’t be any more thrilled I booked this place.

Great staff and modern clean room

Nice hotel with comfy bed and nice shower in a good location - walkable to Temple Street, Trinity College and Hop On Hop Off Bus. Clean. We had a queen bed - room was on the smaller side, but there was room near the window to put 2 medium suitcases. They do take some shortcuts that are noticeable. For example, cheap coffee service with paper coffee cups. No trash in the main room. And cheap shampoo/body wash combo. No lotion. Just a few improvements and Thai hotel would be top notch. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall. I would recommend.

The property is very conveniently located near the central area. One can walk to all the usual sights. The rooms are small, but well equipped. They are appropriate to serve as a place to stay while touring. The lower floors were noisy due to the city tram. The were also warm because the we couldn't adjust the air conditioning. However, we will stay again because it was worth the price.

Good location. Modern facility. Be aware that if you are traveling with significant baggage, the rooms are cramped, like a Manhattan boutique hotel.

One minor issue, they don’t supply face wash cloths. Very very small rooms and only one suitcase stand. Very awkward to keep things organized.
