Cute and well maintained hotel. The noise level was louder than expected. As compared to other hotels this hotel was one of the least soundproof we stayed at. Bed and pillows ciuld use an update. Overall it was a nice hotel, just not comfortable for sleeping.

Dyanna and the staff was amazing the location you can’t ask for anything better and close to all the major sites, would stay here

最高のロケーションでした。トレビの泉やパルテノン神殿は近く、ガイドさんも最高立地ですねと驚いておりました。ショッピングするにも、レストランに行くにも困る事はありませんでした。さらに、朝食はルーフトップバーで頂くことができ、最高に美味しくいただきました。 また、ローマに滞在することが有りましたら、宿泊したいと思いました。

We really liked the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that it was not cool at night. The hotel reported that someone was going to check the air conditioner. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to shopping, restaurants!

Hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar is quite lovely. It’s a good jumping off point to see multiple sites. The breakfast however was average at best and one elevator was taken out of service and limited to staff use only, which would make it more challenging for families with smaller children or elderly people to reach rooms on the top floor including breakfast.

The property is located in a prime place and easy walkable distances to a lot of places. There are plenty of resturants and choices around for food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only complain we have is their beds, they were making a lot of noise when turning around at night. Wish they fix the beds to be less noisy. The AC in one room was not working , they gave us fan.

Exactly what we wanted. It was right in the heart of room and plenty of room for a family of 4. No complaints on our end

Perfect walkable location to all the site seeing areas. Staff was very helpful and suggested outstanding dinning areas. Breakfast was very good and roof top bar was relaxing. Highly recommend and I will stay here again on my next visit.

Good location.. central to the main attractions which you can walk to.. only one lift which is slow but didn’t effect my stay. upon entering the room you could smell the bathroom sewage smell. this continued throughout our 5 night stay even though room was cleaned everyday. bathroom shower is very small and water runs out of it onto the bathroom floor creating mess. also the sink leaked aswell running onto the bathroom floor. when we left we were asked how our stay was which we responded ‘it was ok’ hotel staff didn’t ask any more questions so no feedback was provided by myself as i felt they weren’t really that bothered. breakfast staff were very nice and welcoming. The lady who checked us into the hotel was very good and welcoming too.. sorry i cannot remember your name.. other staff were ok. when ordering taxis for a return to the airport we were advised a fee of 55 euros which was fine and this was advertised in the taxi aswell.. however when we arrived at the airport the driver said 75 euros and cash only!! we challenged him and then ended up paying 60euros. i understand this is not a hotel problem but please be advised this taxi was ordered by your hotel and you should be aware of this.. The same thing happened when we used a taxi for the vatican early in the morning where he tried to overcharge us.. i think we paid a lot of money for this hotel so look around before booking!

I would really recommend this hotel. The rooftop is amazing with the best Negroni! We got a room with no balcony, and in relation to the price we payed I would expect a little bit more. However, this is Rome in high season. I will book here again!
