10월의 dolomiti 지역 여행에 좋은 거점이 되었습니다. 건물 및 인테리어가 매우 fancy하면서 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 수영장과 스파, dining도 너무 좋았습니다. breakfast 예약이었는데 half board로 변경하여 dinner까지 이용했고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. one thing I remember an annoying episode is the check out service. She asked me whether I used minibar, and I said No, she then gave me the bill for the stay but I spotted there were minibar charge added. I reminded her that we didnt use the minibar. She replied right away "sorry I already charged your credit card." so i asked her to cancel, but she said she can't. I asked her to bring me other staff to solve this situation. than she took my card again and cancelled the previous payment. cancelling the payment isn't a big deal, I dont know what she was thinking about.(maybe she looked down on small asian women,,even she didnt meant to, It was the very first time I felt that way in my whole life.) She didnt even properly apologized for the situation. All the good memories were shifted to annoying experience. only one staff ruined my experience but, the stay without the episode was the best.

Uninteressiertes und sehr unfreundliches Personal, komplett überfüllter SPA, man fühlt sich absolut nicht willkommen, keine Ahnung wie die zu 5 Sterne gekommen sind, nie wieder!

Absolutely worth the price. Amazing service. Breakfast was so good, we booked a dinner. Dinner so good, we ate there twice. Spa was amazing. Rooms spacious and clean. Loved free e-bikes.

The location is perfect, and the spa facilities are truly excellent. Our room faced the town/church and the sounproofing was exceptional, allowing me to sleep soundly despite the church bells ringing frequently and being located on a lower floor. The room was also spotlessly clean. Every service person we met was exceptional, and the breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic and ample selection. The hotel also provides high-quality e-bike rentals. The staff was incredibly flexible with the rental time when possible. A few things are important to note for future guests. The central air conditioning made our room too warm, but we were provided a fan upon request. Also, be aware that if you open the windows with no screen, the noise and mosquitoes can be a problem. Few minor hiccups were upon our arrival. A power outage in our room delayed our access to the spa, as it took them over an hour to send someone. That was unacceptable for such a hotel and the price paid. Once we finally got to the spa, we were told they were closing.We were told by the receptionist that the spa was open 24 hours, but later found out it closes at 8 p.m except for the exercise room.This was most likely a simple language barrier. Despite these issues, we were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay, especially since we dedicated a rainy day to using all the great amenities.

This is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything, down to the details, was a 10/10 and of the highest quality. The staff is exceptional as is the spa, grounds, rooms & food. An outstanding experience all around!

The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return.

Great place to stay when in Ortise. Make sure you bring your gym clothes with you as the gym is just brilliant and well equipped. Staff are very professional and they make you always feel welcomed and look after you.
