The stay was perfect. Close distance to the train station and good restaurants around the corner.

The host was nice! Even though we arrived earlier, she helped us put our bags in our room as soon as it was cleaned. The room was big and nice, and super quiet.

Big room and big bathroom with rainfall shower. Tea and coffee satchet everyday. It has Netflix It is in the center and close to train station. Building has a lift to the propeery

Lovely stay! It was a last minute booking due to the train strike and we couldn’t get out of La Spezia to get to Vience. The property let us check in early and was very accommodating. Room was amazing too!!

The property was beautiful! Having that indoor courtyard was absolutely stunning! The front door is really cool. The elevator is a bit sketchy, very small, but pretty cool. Lots of stairs, but worth the walk up. The area around the rental is very walkable, close to La Spezia Centrale, a grocery store, cafés galore and little shops. There were also a couple motorcycle shops that were in close proximity, which turned out to be a happy accident. All in all, would stay there again.

Läget på lägenheten kan inte bli bättre! Vi bodde här för att ta tåget till Cinque terre och tågstation ligger precis intill. Restauranggatan är också precis nedanför med många bra ställen. Lyckades hitta parkering i närområdet för en rimlig slant. Tyvärr är lägenheten lyhörd, samt att det stundvis luktade avlopp på toaletten. Hela lägenheten är i betong, både golv och väggar vilket inte är så hemtrevligt. Överlag okej lägenhet för övernattning!

It’s well organized without a front desk.

Have had a trip down to Italy and back home again (Sweden) and this room was by far one of the more beautiful ones. Only negative I have to say was the parking situation (not Joss’s fault though) and that the elevator was very small. But bear in mind that me and my family hade a lot of stuff to bring with us due to a small infant baby - your experience will probably not be affected if you are adults and/or teens. Otherwise, good experience overall. Thank you for the stay Joss 😊

Very basic. Close to the train station and supermarket nearby. The individual sent instructions via Whatsapp..easy to get into room. Small elevator. If you come at night , there is no light in the hallway to open the door. Ac did not work. Quick response. We were provided a standing fan. Supposedly an technician came the next day and said everything was ok but still thebac did not cool. Kept going on and off..very joy and stuffy for 2 nights. That was the main problem with the room.

Sehr gute Lage

God lejlighed midt i byen og tæt på banegården. Masser af spisesteder i området. Ligger rigtigt godt hvis man planlægger at tage toget til Cinque Terre

Fint sted til et kort ophold i La Spezia. Rent og pænt og meget centralt i byen. Fin tur gennem gågaden for at komme til havnen hvorfra man kan sejle til Cinque Terre

Jättesmidig kontakt med värden, rent och fint rum med fantastiskt läge.

Really good staff and service

We booked at the last minute when our train got cancelled. They were extremely accommodating at getting us directions and instructions for keys. Very convenient location near train station, dining and shopping.

部屋は広々としており、ベットのマットレスも快適でした！エントランスの暗証番号から、部屋に入るまでは少し戸惑いもありましたが、メールでわかりやすく説明してくれたので問題ありませんでした。清潔性があり、駅からも近く選んでよかったです。

Great view over a public square. Coffee shops, restaurants, food shopping are just outside the door. Perfect location! Nicely styled room. Very happy 😊

Studio très bien placé en ville ,proche de la gare et de toutes les commodités ,conforme à notre choix! Dans un beau palais! Literie confortable ,bien aménagé ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ,et bien guidés par les informations de Béatrice que nous remercions! Très sensibles aux "petites"attentions :pates, sauce tomate locale et vin blanc! Merci pour ce bon séjour qui nous a permis de découvrit les Cinque Terre et le magnifique golfe de La Spezia! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !Françoise et Bernard
