위치 아주 좋아요. 하지만 복도에서 좋지 않은 냄새가 나요. 샤워실이 매우 작습니다.

낡은건물이라 또 가기 싫어요

가성비 나쁘지 않아요

밤늦게 마르코폴로 공항에 도착했기 때문에 접근성을최우선으로 두고 예약했습니다. 로마광장에서 내려서 도보로 3분 이내에 있습니다. 체크인의 경우에 바로 옆에 위치한 카날호텔에서 했고 도시세는 3유로 입니다. 시설은 그냥 잠만 자면 특별히 이용하는데 문제는 없습니다. 샤워장의 경우 공용입니다만 이용객 수가 적어 특별히 불편함을 느끼진 않았습니다. 호텔에 있는 시간이 적고, 접근성에 가치를 둔다면 이용할만합니다.

아침옵션하지마시길..정말 잠만 자고 떠나는 용이라면,, 하룻밤만이라면..

J avais reserve une chambre avec grand lit double et il ne restait plus disponible qu une petite chambre avec lit simple dans un hotel adjacent. On ne m a pas propose de dedommagement.

Busque a último momento un alojamiento, ya que el otro que había pagado estaba muy alejado de la estación del tren. Ha sido una bonita experiencia estar el el hotel. Todo limpio, tranquilo y sobre todo se sentía muy cómodo, y las chicas de recepción muy amables. Asimismo al día siguiente pude guardar mi equipaje con ellos.

Bad experience. It never was hot water. They said they going to fix it. Never happened. TV never worked. Always said they going to fix the issues. Never happened.

Equipe do hotel maravilhosa! Pessoal atencioso e prestativo. A estrutura do quarto é precária deixa muito a desejar. Valeu somente pela localização que é muito boa e tínhamos que sair muito cedo para a estação.

Hôtel plus qu’horrible , chambre où devrais je dire placard dans lequel nous étions logés … carreau cassé remplacé par du plastique , lavabo cassé et uniquement de l’eau brûlante dans la chambre. Par chance la literie n’était pas infestée de puce de lit mais très inconfortable. Seul point positif, le personnel de ménage ( et uniquement celui du ménage !) essayait de faire leur possible pour que la salle de bain commune ainsi que les WC qui sont également commun restent propre le plus possible …

Non consiglio quest'albergo molto rumoroso, si sente tutto dalle stanze vicine. La finestra è rotta e riparata con cartone. Faceva molto freddo e l'aria entrava nella camera. La televisione non funziona. La foto sul sito non corrisponde alla realtà.

Accesible, enfrente de la estación de trenes y de autobús 5 min

3 jours sans eau chaude, avec la possibilité de se doucher dans l'hotel voisin, ça nous a gaché nos 5 jours de vacances. Sinon l'hotel est plutot au calme, dans son jus, années 70, mais a ce prix là il ne faut pas trop en demander. Le petit dejeuner se prends dans l'hotel voisin, et il est très correct. Le personnel est agréable. A proximité de tous les transports.

El wifi no funcionaba, lo reporté 4 veces porque lo necesitaba para trabajar y nunca hicieron caso, la tercera y cuarta vez que lo hice me comentaron que ya lo estaban reparando pero nunca lo hicieron, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, sábanas manchadas, infestado de mosquitos que no nos dejaron dormir, lo único bueno es la cercanía con la estacion de tren.

The room conditions were meh at best. The door wasn’t able to be opened from the inside without the key. Meaning if you took the key with you and someone was still inside the room, they would be locked in even if the door itself wasn’t locked. Check in was done at the hotel next door which wasn’t a problem. The staff next door was nice though. If I was able to open the door without a key from the inside I’d give it a 3/5. Cheap room. Wasn’t able to use the TV, view was blocked by the platform ir was on. Only 1 useable outlet in the room. The other outlet was needed for the AC which couldn’t keep the room as cool as I would have liked. Location was great near the grand canal, super close to the train station. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem for us. And the restroom was clean. Pretty much what was expected. But hate that we couldn’t open the door from the inside without the key. Door would open from the outside no problem without the key, if unlocked.

Ho passato una notte in luglio in questo hotel ed era quello che mi serviva: una stanza in cui dormire alcune ore per trascorrere un weekend low-cost a Venezia. Il weekend in questione era quello della festa del Redentore. Io ho prenotato solo qualche giorno prima del soggiorno e ho pagato 107,00 euro una stanza doppia, i prezzi negli altri hotel erano decisamente più alti. Il prezzo è sicuramente concorrenziale, se però uno si aspetta un quattro stelle al prezzo di un due stelle il problema è solo suo. La reception non si trova nell'albergo, ma in quello a fianco distante solo 10 passi ed era ben specificato al momento della prenotazione. Quando fai il check-in ti danno il codice del portone e la chiave della tua camera e poi sei autonomo di andare e tornare. La stanza era discretamente grande con pure un lavandino in camera. Unica nota negativa: dal lavandino usciva solo acqua calda. Ci sono 2 bagni in comune per una decina di stanze. Non ho avuto problemi nell'uso dei bagni, né in fatto di dover attendere né per quanto riguarda la pulizia che era buona considerando il contesto. In camera non c'è l'aria condizionata ma era presente un condizionatore portatile un po' rumoroso come tutti gli apparecchi di quel tipo e che costringeva a tenere la finestra aperta se lo si voleva usare. Il personale è stato molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Io non avevo inclusa la prima colazione nella tariffa, ma con 5,00 euro si fa un'ottima colazione nel hotel in cui si fa il check-in.

It was hot and there was no AC. We had to open the window and had mosquitos eat us alive all night long. The sink only had hot water. The WiFi did not work at all. The place smelled and was very grungy and dirty.

It was perfect for the walking and near the Santa Lucia train station and as well the bus station. On the future return to Venezia I`ll stay at the same hotel.

　トイレとシャワーが共同なのが、イマイチ。建物も少し古くて、それゆえにスマホを充電しようとしたら、コンセントのところががたがたしていて、充電できませんでした。エレベーターもないので、重いスーツケースを2階まで運ばなければならなかったので、少し大変でした。朝食バイキングは、まあまあでした。
