호텔이라고 하기 보다는 가정집을 빌려쓰는듯한 느낌의 복층구조가 아주 괜찮았습니다. 복층이다 보니 자다가 화장실 갈때는 집중 해야 하는 계단은 있었지만 간단한 조리(불을 사용하지 않은)가 가능한 호텔로 호텔보다는 그냥 팬션을 빌린 느낌으로 만족 하였습니다. 아주 좋은 숙소 였습니다

위치는 오페라극장 바로 앞이라 나쁘지 않았으나 샤워부스가 매우작아서 일반 성인 남자가 샤워하기에도 매우불편하고 어매니티가 샴푸 딱 한가지 있어요 그리고 냉장고도 작동이 제대로 안되고 커피포트같은것도 없이 전반적으로 부족한게 많고 체크아웃하고 짐을 잠깐 맡겨도 짐하나당 1유로씩 받아요

다른 후기대로 가성비는 좋습니다. 테르미니역에서도 가깝고 관광지도 대부분 도보로 가능한거리에 있습니다. 주변에 마트, 음식점들 대부분 괜찮았어요! 단점이 있다면 총 5박 했는데 이불은 한번도 바꿔주지않는다는점, 어메니티가 샴푸,비누 정도가 다라는점? 수압이 약하고 온수가 미지근하다는점 정도인것같은데 그래도 저가격에 크게 불편함없이 엘리베이터까지 이용할수있다는 점이 단점을 어느정도 커버해주는것 같습니다.

떼르미니역에서도 걸어갈수 있을 정도의 거리예요. 구글지도 위치가 잘못나와 좀 헤맸네요. 그래도 3성급 치고 매우 괜찮은 호텔이었어요. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 샤워시설에 신경을 조금 쓴 것 같아요. 단점은 연박시 룸클리닝을 따로 안한다는 것과 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길때 짐 1개당 1유로씩 받는다는 거예요. 지금까지 30개국 정도 여행하면서 숙박한 호텔에 짐 맡기면서 돈 받는건 처음 봤네요;;;

로마에서 저렴한 가격에 적당한 위치에 잘 머물렀습니다. 로마떼르미니 역에서 매우 가깝구요 근처 레푸블리카 지하철역을 이용한다면 모든 여행지가 가까울것 같습니다. 욕실에 물이 바로 내려가지않고 객실은 생각보단 좁았지만 깨끗하게 관리되고있었습니다. 저렴한 가격에 테르미니역 근처 호텔에 머물 생각이시면 괜찮은 호텔이라 생각합니다.

건물이 많이 노후화되었음. 객실은 나름 간단한 전자레인지요리와 싱크대가 있어서 편리함. 또한 테르미니역 근처라 호텔접근성과 여행지 접근성이 굉장히 편리함. 나름 가격대비 머물기 괜찮은 호텔이다.

잊지못할만큼 놀라운 엘리베이터를 가진 호텔입니다. 저렴한 가격을 감안하셔야 할 듯합니다. 테르미니역 근처인데에도 안전한 주변환경은 마음에 들었습니다. 냉장고가 있다고 나와있는데 각 방에 있는 것이 아니라 공용 주방에 하나 있습니다. 매우 협소한 냉장고입니다. 방은 수건만 바뀌는 정도이고 전체적으로 깨끗하단 생각은 하지 못했습니다. 개인적으로는 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔은 아니었습니다.

넘 훌륭한 위치 바로 정면에 오페라 극장이 보이는 위치로 반대편 할렘가와 떨어져 있어 위치가 최적임.. 조식서비스가 없어 아쉬웠으나. 티메이커와 차가 준비되어 있어 아침에 차한잔의 여유를 만킥할 수 있었음, 모던한 최신식 인테리어는 최고였고, 시설과 위치가 최고임. 다시 로마에 간다면 이 호텔를 선택할 것임

Good communication from the property in advance, a very warm welcome from reception and a great location for exploring Rome. The rooms were a fair size and very clean. There was some noise from bars below but when in a City it’s to be expected and it wasn’t an issue for us (more of a benefit as it meant we could eat and drink very local to the hotel) There was a small communal area where we could make team and coffee which was nice. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable would have been a small communal seating area (we’d booked 2 rooms and seating in bedrooms not really adequate) However, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future.

Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Roma Termini. It's fairly easy to find, and Francesco contacted me a couple of days before our arrival. After confirming we would be arriving after hours, he contacted me directly on WhatsApp with clear instructions on how to do self-check in for after-hours and then to check-in the next day during normal hours. He was also very helpful with giving us a local area map and answering any questions about directions and such. The double room itself is a bit small. We had two large suitcases, so those eat up most of the side space in the room. The shower was our only issue, water pressure is a bit small and takes a while to warm up the water...They only had "fan" or "heat" options for winter months, so it did get quite warm in the room, and the a/c system won't work if the window is open. Overall, I would recommend Al Viminale Hill Inn for anyone looking for a pretty centrally located hotel in Rome. Only about a 15-30 minute walk to most sites, and easy to get to the train station, metro and buses which is a plus if you have luggage to haul. Easy to call taxis in the area about 1-2 blocks up to the bigger streets.
