코모에 있는 정말 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 호텔내 주차는 정말 안전합니다. 그리고 위치도 좋아서 코모 구경하기에 더 할 나위없이 좋은 것 같습니다.

Très bon accueil. Chambre très confortable, décoration soignée.

The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. All the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

Siisti ja hyvä palvelu. Perusvarma valinta. Nyt meidän huoneen bidee ei toiminut kunnolla ja huoneen siistimisen yhteydessä ei lisätty teepusseja.

The staffs were excellent! Lorenzo in particular was giving us many advice in town. And also take care of us. The only negative is the shower water are slow.

es war ein super schöner aufenthalt und die lage des hotels ist perfekt! markt gleich vor der türe und ebenso die altstadt! bad super groß! zwei lavabos! einziges minus, ich fand den schrank ein wenig unpraktisch für zb einen längeren aufenthalt, zu wenig ablage-flächen und die kleiderstange geht in die falsche richtung.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful, historic rooms!

Lovely little hotel. The staff was great and the room was comfortable and cozy. A nice breakfast in their lovely dining room was included. It’s a bit away from the lake (a pleasant 15 minute walk) but an excellent value.

Standardzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Nebengebäudes wohl gross, aber abgenutzt und dunkel. Der sehr kleine Aufzug und der Zugang ebenfalls. WLAN und TV funktionierten nicht. Gute Lage und kurze Gehdistanz zur Altstadt, Parkmöglichkeit.

Property was mostly nice. Bathroom had mold growing in the shower doors.

Big family room with good breakfast and nice location…

Vi hadde et fint opphold og trivdes godt. Sentral beliggenhet, og hyggelig betjening. Det eneste minuset var bassenget, som i praksis ligger på parkeringsplassen. Dette kunne med enkle tilpasninger kunne blitt gjort litt mer innbydende. Hotellet anbefales for andre reisende 👍

Fijn hotel meteen aan het begin van het centrum, kamers zijn wel oud. Ontbijt en personeel is prima. Zwembad is erg klein en meteen aan parkeerplaats zonder ligstoelen.

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, ma di sicuro ci ritorneremo. Albergo molto centrale, personale gentile, camere molto belle.

Nice staff

Overall we had a great stay. What sets this place apart is their staff. My friend and I were treated like royalty from all of them. Every staff member we encountered provided excellent customer service. We had a great room in the main building with an huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast had a good choice of food and it was presented very well. The hotel has a car park that you must pre book your spot. It costs 20 euros per day. On their website however they list it as 15 euros per day. Something they don’t advertise until you arrive is that they have an EV charger on site. It costs 1 euro per kWh which I don’t know if it’s a standard for Italian charging prices but it’s convenient! What would have made my stay a 5 star stay? The air conditioning in the room is not very strong. During the hot summer temperatures I imagine it’s hard to cool down a room with such high ceilings but maybe they need a larger sized air con. We asked for a fan and it helped us sleep. In addition, the rooms show signs of age. The hairdryer in the bathroom is just not acceptable in this day and age! Unfortunately due to the storms, the pool was unusable for half of our stay. The cost per night was high in line with local hotel prices.
