코모에 있는 정말 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 호텔내 주차는 정말 안전합니다. 그리고 위치도 좋아서 코모 구경하기에 더 할 나위없이 좋은 것 같습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and had our keys ready every time we walked through the door. Air con was amazing during the heatwave.

4 rooms share with 2 baths and this means you have to bring back your stuffs after shower. So uncomfortable. Bath tub is old and shower handler is broke( couldn't raise up) and shower curtain was not fully covered bathtub -it means shower water is flow outside of bathtub.

Hotellet ligger bra i avstånd för restauranger och sjön, gång avstånd. Hotellet är i många olika nivåer med trappor, inte optimalt för oss med barnvagn. Rymliga rum!

We booked two Economy Rooms. One of them was exactly as described and shown on both the hotel's website and Hotels.com, so that room met our expectations. The other room, however, was the saddest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was worn out, had no proper air conditioning (only cooled ventilation in the adjoining room rather than in the bedroom itself), no bedside lamp on one side of the bed, and the room felt completely bland and characterless. The internet speed was terrible in both rooms—not what you would expect in 2026. It was only good enough for basic web browsing. Both rooms cost the same, which makes the difference even more disappointing. This room was nowhere near worth the price. The hotel itself, however, is otherwise quite beautiful.

A super place to stay, very close to the historic areas and convenient for driving, with on site parking. The hotel has a fascinating historic past, and the rooms show this history with great character. The staff were hugely helpful, even for us arriving at 1AM. Overall, very happy (a shame it is 10am check out, as we loved the stay)

Smal pool, but the male resepsjonist was so patient and helpfull! Fantastic!

Pool was in the car park, little surprising but ok. Breakfast was good but the property was elegant

Hotel has obviously seen better days. For the price you’re paying per night I expected a lot better. Breakfast was good Bar was awful and badly stocked. Had about one cold beer all week. The rest were warm. The pool was small and in the car park. No shower in a “Delux Room” Staff were friendly.

Top Lage, direkt am Wochenmarkt und bei den Stadtmauern, sowie der Altstadt. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und man hat die Möglichkeit auch draussen zu sitzen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unser DZ und das Badezimmer mit Dusche waren sauber. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und Preis- Leistung stimmte mit 10 von 10 Punkten 👍👍.

We booked the compact double room. We checked in and shown to our room in the loft area (room 512) The room was spotless and seemed to have been newly tiled and decorated. The space was huge, with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were very happy with this even though no view there are velour windows to let light and air in. Fantastic room and space. Breakfast was hit and miss, this will be subjective to everyone's taste. I enjoyed the cereal bar selection with yoghurts and pastries. My partner enjoyed the self service hot option. Service was prompt with coffee and tea. Staff were helpful and friendly Bar: - This was not always easy to negotiate, due to the language barrier. We were given bills to sign for on our room, but some were blank (not a good idea) I had to write what we had and sign underneath. However on check out some items had been added under my signature. The staff were happy to help and remove these add on extra's from our final bill. All staff friendly and happy to help, Hotel could do with a makeover as looking tied in some places. Pool area could be updated with the removal of the tree, which is dangerous and allows much debris to fall into the pool. Overall we would stay here again as a short stop over, price was good, location outstanding

Trevligt rum, frukosten va god, reception 24/7, personalen tillmötesgående, gångavstånd till sjön. Toppenbra!

Great breakfast. Very traditional style hotel. Welcoming staff. Excellent location for the lake, station and local public transport. Easy to catch a Flix bus to the airport

Car parking excellent, the concierge Billy was excellent, enthusiastic and helpful and our room was ready early so great start. It was raining heavily so we popped back to the hotel at 3.30pm to dry off and grab a glass of wine - sorry the bar was shut - so I walked to a supermarket in the rain. Later after eating elsewhere we decided to go back to the hotel for a night cap - the bar was shut - it was 9.15pm. The extra star gained by Billy was more than cancelled by the 'can't do' attitude at reception re the bar. We also had to wait at breakfast. It is well located, comfortable and smart but the strange bar hours would stop me booking again.

Bon petit dejeuner, hotel charmant mais chambre un peu veiellot, notament la salle de bain.

Mein Zimmer war Sauber , das Frühstück war ok. Ich habe ein kleines Upgrade erhalten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Parkplätze sind m.E.zu teuer.
