Super Hotel! Super Essen!

The location of the hotel is pretty good for skiing, hiking or simply spending time in the nature. The hotel is very nice, very modern and comfortable. The pool is great and the water is warm. Spa area is also nice, however it could be a bit bigger. The room was comfortable, breakfast was very nice with good choices and the dinner (we had half board) was delicious and always special. We liked it a lot and would come back. Many thanks to the Alpine team.

Wir durften das Alpinhotel Keil für einen Skiurlaub testen und haben dort eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und macht von den verarbeiteten Materialien einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren durchweg äußerst freundlich und haben uns ein sehr willkommenes Gefühl verliehen. Nachdem beim Check-In die Junior Suite, die wir gerne haben wollten, aufgrund eines Fehlers leider bereits vergeben war, hat sich das Hotel sehr kulant gezeigt, was Ausdruck des hohen Serviceanspruchs ist. Der Wellness-Bereich ist klein, aber fein und die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool ein Highlight. Besonders gut hat uns als Skifahrer die kulinarische Verwöhnung im Alpinhotel Keil gefallen. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend, regional, frisch, bio, alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir verbringen jedes Jahr insgesamt etwa 2 Monate in Hotels und haben dementsprechend extensive Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Glauben Sie mir, Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den extrem guten La Cimbali Kaffee beim Frühstück sowie die Möglichkeit, sich frischen Saft mit Ingwer, Staudensellerie etc. zu pressen. Eine sehr positive Erwähnung verdienen auch die Pflegeprodukte, die jeden Tag im Zimmer neu aufgefüllt werden. Wir werden in wenigen Wochen zum zweiten Mal in das Alpinhotel Keil fahren, um dort die neuen Suiten im Guesthouse Keil zu testen - wir sind schon sehr gespannt und freuen uns! LS

Had a wonderful stay at the Alpinhotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The property had great views, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Hotel ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Posizione comoda e con una bella visuale. La ragazza alla reception gentilissima, camera stupenda, super confortevole e pulitissima. La spa una vera goduria! Ottima colazione abbondante. Unico appunto per i futuri ospiti. Prenotate dalla junior suite in sù, le superior non sono così superior Nota per l hotel. Aggiungere cuscini nella cabina armadio, possono tornare utili agli ospiti. Grazie di tutto

Absolutely fantastic hotel and location. Great stuff and spa

Staff molto disponibile, amichevole, solare. Struttura molto pulita, ordinata con una area wellness ben arredata ed equipaggiata. Molto piacevole la serata animata per il giovedi precedente il carnevale! Un gesto molto azzeccato per conoscersi meglio tra noi ospiti, che lo staff del albergo.Ho aprezzato molto! Ci ritornerei!

BEAUTIFUL. Modern, charming, thoughtful touches (Green Apples, message on wall...). Beautiful outside area for hanging out, drinking a delicious coffee, very cozy modern- charming seating area and lobby. Rooms were very comfy, with big balcony, clean & bright bathroom. Exceptional. Very close to many attractions. We stayed at this hotel after we came back from Austria (GrossGlockner ) and next day we were driving to Lake Pragseer Wildsee/Braies lake.

Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich -sehr gediegen!

We checked in quite lay due to some unexpected delays. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming and helpful. He directed us to the only restaurant in town still open and we were able to get a great, truly inexpensive meal. At the pizzeria down the street. We were only in our room for 5hrs before we left to catch the sunset at Lago di Braies. I wish we could have stayed longer. The room, hotel, town and scenery were truly enchanting. My only comment goes to the fact that while booking online thru Expedia with all pertinent guest information and ages, we were contacted by the hotel shortly thereafter requesting over $100 additional for my teenage son, as the booking didn't allow for 3 people. My original booking and price quote was for 3 people. I contacted both Expedia and the hotel with my concerns. Expedia couldn't assist me, although they tried. The hotel made an adjustment but the cost was still more than quoted or expected. When we arrived at the hotel, there seemed to be some confusion as to the room, so we were offered the best room. It was a great room and had beds for all 3 of us but only 2 pillows, 2 towels and 2 glasses. So, we paid extra for a bed and that was all that we received. The office was closed so we didn't have a chance to fix this. We bundled a blanket for a pillow.

Bereits beim Check-In haben wir während die Dame an der Rezeption sich um den Check-In gekümmert hat einen gratis Wilkommensdrink erhalten. Der Check-In verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Dabei wurde die Mischung aus Moderne und Tradition sehr stylisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. An der Rezeption hat man in allen Bereichen super Tipps bekommen egal ob es sich dabei um Ausflugsziele, Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Parkgebühren oder Restaurants gehandelt hat. Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels aber einen so guten Service hatte ich sehr selten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ho soggiornato una notte sola in questo bellissimo hotel e dall'ottimo aperitivo di benvenuto al momento della mia ripartenza mi sono sentito ospite gradito. Camera molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Area benessere impeccabile, servizio alla clientela disponibile e puntuale. Raramente nei miei numerosi viaggi mi sono sentito a casa mia come AlpenHotel Keil! Ritornerò sicuramente!!

Stayed overnight on our way to Cortina. Very convenient and modern sports hotel outside Dobbiaco and a nice dinner in the local Piknik restaurant. Great stube in the hotel, too.

Mit dem Hotel und dem Service war ich rundherum zufrieden. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

...das Gefühl ein willkommener Gast zu sein, habe ich auf meinen vielen Reisen selten so ausgeprägt erlebt! Dies vom ersten Moment an bis auch Tage danach, als ich eine mail erhielt, in der die Gastgeber hofften,dass ich eine angenehme Rückreise hatte und sich für meine Buchung dort bedankten. Alle meine Wünsche wurden erfüllt ;ich bekam ein DZ zur Einzelnutzung (ohne Aufpreis)mit Kochnische und Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Ich war in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht und sehr,sehr zufrieden. Zur Begrüßung einen Cappuccino und zum Abschied einen Gutschein versüßt mit Schokolade...einzigartig! Fast täglich wurde ich nach meinem Wohlbefinden gefragt und als Alleinreisende ist das ein angenehmes Gefühl...wie gesagt...Gastfreundschaft! Das Hauptgebäude hat eine angenehme moderne Ausstrahlung; Rezeption; Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien .Restaurant und andere Angebote habe ich nicht genutzt...beim nächsten Mal! Da die Saison gerade erst begann, war es noch entsprechend ruhig im Hotel als auch im Nebengebäude...für mich ideal. Vom Ort aus gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in andere Täler Südtirols. Das ist bestimmt nicht das einzige Mal, dass ich dort übernachtet habe..
