checked out kind of late. The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. However, room was pretty nice. we satified everythig else.

Everything is closed on Sunday.

Ormai sono anni da quando veniamo ogni anno ad agosto a questo albergo il personal gentilissimo ci troviamo come a casa ,appartamenti grandi poi i terrazzi bellissimi grandi, colazione buona grazie di tutto e ci vediamo prossimo anno ad agosto!

Super gentilissimi, disponibili in tutto e per tutto sia per l’ora del check! Ci hanno aiutato in tempi rapidissimi a risolvere un problema!

Un Residhotel un po’ datato ma decoroso, personale gentile ed efficiente, tutti i confort in un bilocale per tre persone con aggiunta di una brandina non comodissima. Tutto sommato buono nel complesso. Colazione sopra la sufficienza. Parcheggio.

The hotel was fine but the the aircondition was a bit tricky to handle. When you open the windos it become a cross draft that builded a sound through the apartmentdoor. The kitchen ware was simple but was missing a kitchen knife. Had a breadknife. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine. For those who like sweets it was plenty.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and functional with all necessary kitchen equipment. Gym is small but has modern exercise equipment. The hotel is kept very clean. View from balcony is mostly industrial, nothing special.

Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!

We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was pretty amazing here the only reason why gave a 4 on property is because the air Conditoner is a central air and heating is for the whole building and there is no single aircondiontiong per room. But other than that everything was amazing everyone is very nice and helpful, breakfast is great.

Very nice hotel, clean and high quality.

Be prepared to pay 100plus to get there from airport and its a nice place but area is limited and not much walking distance stuff staff was helpful

This hotel was nice in the inside rooms are beautiful but there was a guy at the front desk who made us feel uncomfortable and he was very rude older gentle men bold headed. We got there early and were hungry and it was still 8 in the morning. So we went to get breakfast right inside the hotel and the guy at the front came and Told us not today tomorrow. There was a lady she was nice and a younger guy with glasses. All the windows have bars like a jail. Around the hotel looks deserted it nothing around. Trucks and huge buses parked there and when you walking you will see garbage when passing by. So we decided to leave somewhere else. We had no choice to stay two nights until we found somewhere else to stay. We would’ve stood if the guy would’ve never made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Excellent service. Friendly. Good facilities. It was a great stay.

Purtroppo impossibile contattare il vostro servizio cliente perché per chat parla solo inglese Ho riservato un stanza superiore ma di superiore non c'è nulla le foto non corrisponde con la realta per me si chiama pubblicità ingannevole La reception sia per entrata e uscita non c'era nessuno bisogna aspettare che arrivi qualcuno. Il lavandino era pieno d,acqua ho chiesto di riparare ma non hanno fatto nulla Il bagno sembrava quello di un ospedale SONO CURIOSO DI VEDERE LE ALTRE STANZA SE QUESTA È SUPERIORE! Iontre alle 10 del mattino adetta alle pulizie Suona la tua porta per farti capire che devi andare via Incredibile mi cambi subito per uscire dalla stanza vado nellareception non c'è nessuno vado dove si fa colazione chiedo gentilmente di parlare con qualcuno ma la adatta in cucina da lontano mi dice devi aspettare Incredibile Un incubo una vergogna non mi fa caricare la foto

What a great place to stop at love every minute with my family including a wheelchair user this was not a issue for them to support with can not wait to plan my next trip here
