아우로라 5 테레

시설 위치 등 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 떠나는 날 베드버그를 발견하여 죽였는데 피가 나오더라고요 ..혹시나 했는데 역시나^^ 여행 초반인데 온몸이 가렵고 힘드네요

The room was very good. It was clean and comfortable. The concierge very helpful. Location very good.

Worst experience we ever had. False advertisement misleading customers ! They don’t provide the service as their website advertised. You CAN NOT TRUST THEM !

La stanza era di dimensioni adeguate e ristrutturata da poco. Buoni i letti e lo spazio complessivo, così come l’accesso del tutto autonomo (con codici). Il condominio nel quale è ubicata la struttura è in una zona popolare con forte presenza straniera. Non il massimo. Perfetto per organizzare visita alle 5 terre perché a 200 m dalla stazione ferroviaria. Host disponibile e chiaro.

E' necessario dividere la recensione in due parti. Per quanto riguarda la condizione della stanza, mi ritengo soddisfatto per la pulizia e lo stato in generale della stanza e del bagno, consiglio solo di rivedere l'armadio che va regolato in quanto non si chiudono bene i cassetti. Pulito e perfettamente in ordine anche l'ingresso per l'accesso alle stanze. Le chiusure elettroniche hanno funzionato perfettamente. Inoltre, ho avuto un problema con la durezza del letto singolo e il proprietario, gentile e disponibile, ha provveduto all'acquisto immediato di un top per renderlo più morbido. Apprezzato. Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto esterno del palazzo, non ci siamo per niente, palazzo completamente da ristrutturare e per quanto riguarda il quartiere, francamente, un brutto ambiente. C'è un via vai di gente "dubbia" che non mi aspettavo. Peccato perchè questo non dipende ovviamente dal proprietario.

Det var ok boende men allt kändes ”billigt och plastigt”. Sängen har hängt med ett tag! Området där lägenheten var i upplevdes ruffigt och smutsigt. Bilden på hotellet visade en helt annan bild än i verkligheten!

Relação custo benefício muito boa, perto da estação ferroviaria que dá acesso a Cinque Terre. Tem estacionamento externo.

It took two hours to get information from the owner to get into the property. He would respond then go silent, give me a little information, then go silent for 30 minutes etc. I don’t think he lives in the area. Best to contact him in advance. The area around the property is dirty, narrow unkept alleys and feels a bit unsafe. I did feel safe walking to the train station ( very close) and to Ali’s Kebab ( very good). Once you get into the building it’s dark and there appears to be no one around. The room it self is nice and well finished. There are four rentals in the apartment. Each is private but share a hallway. No elevator to this floor. The property is surrounded by train tracks ( which surprisingly were not loud) and other multi story apartments. Also if you want to park onsite there is a 15 euro cost. See photos of views from apartment.

Big room, A/C, dehumidifier Shower floor had lots of mold.

We booked at this place but didn’t stay The area is skeptical and hard to find,Dont believe the photos, especially outside, it was in like back ally next to a warehouse factory is were google map side but could not find? We tried a few times to contact anyone with no response. Find somewhere else better than this place.

Rent och fräscht rum med balkong, kylskåp, vatten och kaffe. Stor terrass med många sittplatser. Även möjlighet att tvätta, ett stort plus när man tågluffar lång tid.

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof La Spezia entfernt. In unserem Zimmer war alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Nachteil der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist jedoch die Lautstärke vorbeifahrender Züge. Die Zeit auf dem großen (Gemeinschafts-) Balkon konnte man dadurch nicht sonderlich genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Manuel lief leider auch nur sehr spärlich ab. Wir haben auch sehr kurzfristig gebucht, dennoch haben wir erst gegen 17 Uhr am Tag des Check-Ins die relevanten Informationen zum Hauscode und Zimmereintritt bekommen. Ansonsten eine gute Unterkunft für ein bis 2 Nächte.

Comoda per andare alle 5 terre, 5 min a piedi dalla stazione. Camera carinissima, letti comodi e bagno ottimo. Servizio gentilissimo

Situated near everything - city center , central railway station, bus station, supermarket, coffe shops etc . Clean, quiet place , good relation with the personal in charge.

Accogliente ,comodo per spostarsi a piedi e in treno Preferisco materassi più duri Cmq tutto bene.

Viagem a Toscana e estendemos até cinque terre. Manoel ,foi excelente nas explicações e atendimento. Quarto otimo Simpatia.total. Recomendo.

Super netter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation lief Reibungslos per WhatsApp ab. Es wurde der Self-Checkin gut erklärt, so dass alles geklappt hat. Das Zimmer liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist außerdem komfortabel und groß, hat eine moderne Einrichtung. Kaffee und Wasser gabs gratis. Vielen Dank für den Service.

La struttura è nuova e ben arredata nel suo insieme risulta molto confortevole. L'accesso alla struttura è molto comodo e non richiede obbligatoriamente un check-in e un check-out con il personale. Trovo sia una soluzione molto smart ed intelligente

Bra boende för några färre nätter om man behöver mellanlanda lite!

DONT BOOK, this place is NOT a hotel nor a bed and breakfast. Not even the taxi driver knew of it existence. No front desk no one to greet you. This is basically an apartment on a regular building and what they did they divided the rooms inside into “private rooms”y mother is handicap and I specially asked about an elevator and they said yes there’s one, what they did not disclosed was that the elevator does NOT stop on their floor and there’s two set of stairs to go up each of 15-20 steps. The “owner” never came to help us in person instead he left 3 women stranded in a foreign country and on an area of La spezia that’s not to safe to begin with. To top it all everything around was sold out due to being high summer season Expedia customer service was not helping us to find another hotel. So $245 dollars later 7 more hrs between taxi/ trains and taxis we arrived to Pisa to a safe hotel, so tbe “owner of this place “ told Expedia de was NOT refunding the stay and care less about our situation. Between the $245, the pre paid stay at his place and new hotel in pides we loss about $900 dollars . Don’t GIVE this guy your American $$$$ he’s a liar and rude, he is false advertising in Expedia and is a fraud. I hope Expedia is reading this post since I have video and photos for them. I will be reaching out to corporate once I am back in USA .
