Very friendly host. Extremely quiet building and very clean inside.

The location was beyond ideal. Not far from highways if you are headed out on day trips, close enough to amazing food and historical everything. The staff were kind and courteous, the morning breakfast was simple but hit all the nessecities.

Super adorable quaint bed and breakfast. In a perfect location in town, but quiet at night. In a walk up aparyment type of place. The rooms are just what they look like. The breakfast is so cute and adorable and Italian. Highly recommend.

Besonders gut war, daß die Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe war.

This place is as lovely as your own home ! Newly renovated with gusto, spotless clean, easy to self check in, smack in the middle of historic Palermo and yet a few minutes away from both ferries and the bus to/fro the airport. The final touch was being helped by the almost 80 years old father of the owner who looks like 60 and is sweet as if you were part of his family! We’ll be back if when I’m Palermo again!

We got everything ready for a self checkin because we were arriving after 8pm. Getting in to the building was fine but the lock that was placed on the door did not work. We tried the code multiple times and it did not work. We found out later that they could have reset the code and that they were alerted that attempts were made. Unfortunately we did not know this and our phones were not working at the time.

Ottima posizione centrale a Palermo

Gute Lage, gepflegt, ruhig, netter Betreiber. Alles da, was man braucht. Frühstück auch gut. Kleine Terrasse schön. Enge steile Treppe zu den Zimmern. Schwierig für große Koffer oder ältere Gäste.

Posizione centralissima. Non ci sono posti riservati per il parcheggio, ma con un po’ di fortuna si può trovare posto davanti al portone della struttura o non troppo distante. Per raggiungere le camere bisogna attraversare delle ripide rampe di scale, specie la suite al 3º piano che è accessibile con una ulteriore scalinata in ferro, ciò rende la sistemazione sconsigliabile alle famiglie con bambini. La suite risulta pulita e funzionale, dotata dell’essenziale, così come il bagno. La sala per la colazione è molto risicata e piuttosto scura, anche la varietà del buffet è molto minimal. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile a dare consigli sulla città.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts were friendly and helpful - giving us a map of the area and suggestions for places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!

Immaculate!! The perfect location in the old town of Palermo walking distance to most of Palermo attraction. An old charming building completely renovated. The room it’s spacious and comfy with natural light, ac and tv. The WiFi works incredible ( I can’t say the same thing in other places I’ve stay in Italy) The host took the time to give us lost of local tips. 100% RECOMMENDED
