Ottima la logistica . Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Al momento della prenotazione non mi sono accorto che non fosse inclusa la colazione e ciò è oggettivamente strano datosi che la struttura è un B&B

An excellent hotel in an ideal Palermo location ... the owner is a wonderful woman, incredibly helpful , courteous and kind.

La posizione è molto buona in quanto in pochi minuti ai arriva nel cuore della città ma si è fuori dalla confusione. Comodissima la fermata per l'aeroporto. La camera è veramente spaziosa e pulita . La proprietaria è accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile . Sceglierei la colazione non compresa così da poter girare liberamente per le fantastiche pasticcerie della Città.

Minimal facilities with bathroom across a passageway. Some noise from other guests coming and going and from banging doors but not too bad. Handy to airport bus pick up point.

This place is excellent. You have very good location, cleanliness, wi-fi, tv, cookies, water, coffee and privacy. The host Alessandro is very friendly. I recommend this B&B for everyone.

There where nobody at the hotel. We where completely alone. Nobody to ask ore we could reach someone if something would happen. The WiFi was good. Clean room, close to shops.

The room was very basic. We only needed it for one night, and it served it's purpose. We did have a private bath. The breakfast was good, and the owners of the apartment were helpful and nice.

Bella escursione palermitana, le giornate hanno favorito la visita a piedi di tutta la città BELLISSIMA. Cibo squisito e palermitani molto alla mano e affabili.

B&B Dietro il Politeama offered everything I needed during the stay in Palermo. Though Dario, the B&B manager, may not speak English super-fluently, his kindness should satisfy your needs, like checking a schedule of transportation and making the reservation of a restaurant. This B&B is absolutely recommended, if you look for reasonably cozy experiences.

Good hotel to stay - clean and comfortable room at a convenient location. The owner was friendly and nice, and he gave us good tips on visiting Palermo, which was nice because we were there only for a short time (one day and night). The breakfast was quite typical italian breakfast but surprisingly plentiful considering that this was quite an affordable B&B accommodation. :)

Ganske standard B&B med god beliggenhet i Palermo. Enkel, men god standard. Litt lytt mellom rommene. Grei frokost. Stor fordel med en veldig hjelpsom vert som kunne svare på det meste og uten videre undersøkte ting for oss når vi lurte på noe. Dette stedet kan absolutt anbefales!

CONFORME A NOTRE ATTENTE,SITUATION EN VILLE PRATIQUE

This mini-B&B is rather recommended if you stay in Palermo for several days and not really obsessed with 5star comfort and appearance)) Great location - most of sightseeings within 5-20 mins by foot, calm street, nice view. Very clean and light rooms, nice breakfast. The owner is really welcome and hospitable. We had a problem with car rental last day but he advised us the right pace to get another car. Good, central location, close to the city centre and the port. Near to plenty of restaurants and within very easy walking distance of points of interest. Good connections to the airport, the bus stop is a two minute walk away. Alessandro, our host, was superb. He gave us tips on where to eat and where to visit. We felt he paid good attention to any small requests and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was ample with a good choice. Our room had en-suite facilities, a balcony and a dressing room and was very comfortable. Air conditioning was a must mid-August and the fridge in the room was useful for keeping the wine cool! We booked at short notice, but were very pleased, probably the best B&B we have stayed in. Palermo is quite dusty and grimy with lots of graffiti, the area around the B&B is no different, but once you go through the entrance doors, you won't be disappointed. It was very quiet, on a fairly quiet road, but a two minute walk takes you into the hustle and bustle of Palermo - near enough, but far enough away. If we visit Palermo again, we will definitely stay here again

Séjour agréable la gentillesse du propriétaire Alexsandro Ses Conseils nous ont été très utiles L'emplacement de l hôtel au Centre de Palerme est très pratiqué .

avec une arrivée un peu tardive un accueil chaleureux ,surpris par la qualité de l'établissement propreté,tout confort, accueil , petit déjeuner rien à dire 100% satisfait . 3 nuits passées avec touts les renseignements pour un bon séjour.Ayant visité les chambres d'autres amis sur des hotels de Palerme je peux dire que j'ai tiré le groslot !
