The majority of the staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful, especially Roberta, we loved her. The hotel is very clean, very well maintained, the beds are quite comfortable and it is very reasonably priced.
Breakfast is a little pricey, at €18 per person per day, but conveniently located beside the hotel is a grocery store, so if your room is equipped with a mini fridge, you can easily pick up a few things to make your own breakfast for a fraction of the cost.
The hotel is a bit out of the way of everything, but there is a tram across the street that can easily take you to the city center. Also if you want a taxi, the staff can easily call one for you, but taxi drivers start the meter the moment they start driving to you, not the moment they pick you up, so often times our taxi would arrive at the hotel with the meter already at €10.

Alles was man braucht. Mit ÖV aber braucht man 40 min bis ins Zentrum, dafür war das Hotel günstig.
Die schwarze Angestellte die für das Morgenessen zuständig war hat sich aufgeführt wie ein King, machte immer ein ernstes unfreundliches Gesicht. Auf Fragen hat sie arrogant reagiert. Bitte kommen Sie jetzt nicht wie alle dass ich rassistisch bin oder so.

Functional hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Likewise the bathroom. Unfortunately the heating failed onthe 1st night and didnt get fixeduntil the 3rd night. Aheater was provided but was very noisy! Breakfast was good apart from the final day where they ran out of bowls, platesetc. so no way to eat cereal!

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, helt ok rum. Jättebra frukost! Vi hade utlandsregistrerad bil (Tyskland) och blev uppmanad att stå framför hotellet eller i deras garage pga inbrottsrisk. Garaget kostade bara 5 €!

Personale gentilissimo, davvero tutti bravissimi.
Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, i letti comodi, la colazione inclusa non è un granché ma, badate bene, non ho motivo di lamentarmi.
La struttura è buona, specialmente in proporzione al prezzo pagato.
Solo i dintorni lasciano un po' a desiderare (è una zona periferica). Segnalo, tuttavia, che accanto all'hotel c'è un supermercato molto fornito che facilita non poco la vita dei visitatori
.
Ad ogni modo, poiché mi sono mosso in auto sono riuscito a raggiungere facilmente l'hotel, a parcheggiare e a muovermi per Torino senza problemi.
La prossima volta che sarò in auto dalle parti di Torino darò sicuramente un'occhiata a questo hotel, che consiglio per i motivi anzidetti.
