Ficamos 4 noites para conhecer toda a região de Chianti. O local do hotel é lindo, bem antigo (que era o que queríamos) mas com o conforto da vida moderna. Decoração nos lembra uma fazenda, o restaurante é muito gostoso (serviço pode melhorar, às vezes lento às vezes esquecem os pedidos), mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Colchão e travesseiros poderiam ser modernizados também. Café da manhã perfeito para nosso padrão

Grounds of the hotel are far nicer than the hotel. Spacious but dim room Bathroom was good

Har vært her for 3 år siden. Tror ikke menyen har endret seg og vi valgte å spise i nærheten. Litt slækk service ved poolen men veldig hyggelig betjening. Stedet er fantastisk koselig men trekker ned en del pga maten. Kunne vært en veldig enkel sak å ikke bare ha toscansk vri på alt.

Terrible experience here. The electricity in the hotel did not work at all. Lights were flickering all day and night long. AC shuts off, TV and wifi would die and not work throughout the whole stay. They need to update this dated hotel. Very dissatisfied. completed ruined a would be calming few nights away with my partner....

I don’t always write reviews, but in this case I just had to, cause I can’t recommend this absolutely beautiful place enough. I’ve been an avid traveller for 40 years, stayed in plenty of top hotels, and this place is easily in my top five of all time. The surroundings look like a postcard, the place itself is beyond idyllic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food was great too, especially the breakfast. The whole experience was magical, romantic and wonderful. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Also don’t miss a visit to the nearby little town of Castillina in Chianti. So cute! Plenty of wineries nearby too, including right up the road, ask for recommendations from the staff. We hope to be back someday!

O lugar é fantástico, cercado por um bela paisagem. O atendimento e muito bom e comida excelente. Fica bem próximo de Siena. Recomendo.

We’ve been touring Italy for two weeks now and the Belvedere San Leonino is by far my favorite of all the wonderful hotels we’ve stayed. Absolutely charming rooms, sprawling countryside grounds and expansive views, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant for dinner. I was hoping the tasting room was on site, but even better, it’s inside the wall of Castellina in Chianti — you don’t want to miss a tasting there! If I find my way back to Italy in the future, I will definitely return to Belvedere! Grazie Mille!

First of all, the location, the staff and the food were all top notch! I thought it would be the quietest place on earth to get a good night of sleep after the craziness of Rome. Unfortunately there were some dogs barking all night in the field in front of our room and I didn’t get any sleep. Bring ear plugs if you stay there.

Encantador lugar. La zona espectacular., tranquila y con un vista de la Toscana muy relajante. El hotel muy bonito, te sentías como en casa. Muy rico desayuno y la gente muy amable.

This hotel is a paradise for tranquility and peace. Located in an extremely beautiful area with surrounding views of the Tuscan wineries this beautiful, traditional and super clean hotel is everything one needs if they want to detach from the world. Congratulations especially to the cleaning ladies and the people who keep the grounds so pristine. The restaurant people are very nice and the food and wine are delicious… Irine drone reception is the best and oh breakfast is yum!!!
