Whenever I need to take an early flight, this is where I stay. Its close to the airport and the staff are very nice and efficient. Excellent shuttle service.

The reception lady, Sylvia does't know how to treat guests. Her inapprpriate attitude makes entire image about this hotel that we had from our earlier visit about 2 weeks ago chaned totally. Safe box in the room doesn't work. Hotel didn't reply our massage we've sent before we get to the hotel. Sylvia never said "sorry" about all the inconvenience at all.

Rezepzion pfui hatte ein Zimmer was noch belegt war hab um 14:30 Check in gemacht musste vor dem Zimmer warten 20 Minuten danach ging ich wieder zur reception musste nochmal 10 Minuten warten wollte ein anderes Zimmer weil der Gast der drin war nicht auffindbar war zum Glück kam der Manager und ich bekam nach einer Stunde ein anderes Zimmer

Close proximity to the airport, 8 minute walk but there is a shuttle. Close to the metro which takes about 15 minutes to get to the shops. Restaurant had some lovely food. Would recommend although our air conditioning unit leaked and caused quite a bit of inconvenience in the room. However, would still return as hotel nice inside and most staff was quite friendly

The location was good since it was only a few minutes from the airport. The airport shuttle was great to have. But - the entrance door to the room was not working properly and the door lock did not work.. TV did not work even after getting help....They did not have a coffee or good water counter at the lobby .. one had to buy a machine coffee.

Hotel com serviço de transfer de/para Aeroporto Linate. Instalações confortáveis e limpas. Todos funcionários muito gentis. Café da manhã bem variado. Não tem outras opções de refeição próximas, então ficamos limitados às refeições do hotel, se não houver deslocamentos maiores para outras áreas mais centrais de milão.

The hotel is in a very rundown neighborhood.
However, the actual hotel is excellent. rooms are large and clean and the airport shuttle makes transportation easy.
Restaurant is good with excellent menu but service is rather slow.
Highly recommend to anyone spending a short time in Milan.

Gostamos muito do hotel, pois tem um serviço de shutle para o metro e aeroporto muito rápido e a todo momento. O metrô linha, que a van do hotel te deixa e te busca a M4 leva 15 minutos para chegar no centro de Milão em uma estação maravilhosa atrás do Duomo e dos melhores pontos de turismo de Milão
