We stayed here the night before an early flight the next morning. The location is so convenient near the airport and the complimentary parking was great. The best aspect of this hotel is the AMAZING STAFF! They are so accommodating- we had 3 rooms for our family and were all on the same floor. They were very helpful in arranging taxis to airport.

Nice to stay close to airport. Parking was sketchy being told to park in spots with No Hotel Parking on the signs. It worked out in the end, and the stay was nice. Room could use a bit of maintenance attention, however. I would stay here again.

일단 프론트 직원이 매우 무뚝뚝한 편입니다. 불친절까지는 아니었는데 다른 호텔들과 달리 호감가는 첫인상은 아니었습니다. 방은 매우 좁구요, 제일 불편했던 것은 방에 사람이 있는데 아침 일찍부터 계속 청소하시는 분이 들어오려고 했던 겁니다. 물론 do not disturb 카드가 있는 것을 보기는 했는데요, 그렇게 아침 일찍 청소를 시작할 거라고 예상하지 못해서 안 걸어놨거든요... 보통은 아침 9시부터 문을 벌컥 벌컥 열지는 않지 않나요? 더 어이가 없었던 건, 체크아웃하는 날까지 그랬다는 겁니다. 보통 체크아웃하는 방은 체크아웃을 했는지 확인하고 청소하러 오지 않나요? 짐 싸고 있는데 또 들어와서 정말 당황했네요. 머무는 내내 별로 편안한 느낌은 아니었어요.

The village around the hotel was little threatened. Afraid to go out after sunset. I was look forward to stay the hotel, world famous chained. But i was disappointed at just painted wall, old-not antique mood- building, andeven hard to enter into garage(not enough room to park).

Overall ok property location was decent but really dirty from the outside and inside needs a major renovation. Staff was friendly and housekeeping did a good job. Free breakfast was a plus.

I booked here because it said it had an airport shuttle. I found out that they consider calling a taxi for you a shuttle. The hotel is much older and in need of repair. There was a leak in front of my door and the carpet was wet. The room had a musty smell, probably from the wet rug. Fortunately we just spent a quick night before an early flight and it was fine for our purpose. However the staff was helpful and polite.

It’s about 21 minutes from the historical center of Florence. Eight minute walk to the talk the tram. The only downside if you are returning late from downtown to the hotel, uber charge around 40-50 euro’s. Tram stop circulating at midnight. Very clean and staff very friendly. The other issue was the restroom. The second toilet is very close to the door.
