나폴리 공항에 밤늦게 도착하는 일정이어서 공항렌트카업체와 인접해 있는 위치가 아주 좋음. 무료주차 가능하지만 이탈리아의 다른 호텔과 마찬가지로 좁고, 드나들때마다 호출해야함. 그외에는 모두 그저그런 수준임. 4성급 호텔 기준으로 놓고보면, 가장 뒤에 있을 호텔임. 주관적인 느낌은 딱 2성급임. 4성급 기준을 맞추기 위한 여러 요건을 간신히 맞추고 유지하고 있는 느낌. 광고하는 모든 내용에 거짓은 없지만, 품질은 최저라고 보면 됨. 9월 중순 일요일 저녁 숙박인데 한달전 사전예약시 137유로였고 하루전 가격이 78유로였음. 당연히 예약 취소하고 하루전에 새오 예약함. check out때 세금이 붙어 10유로 정도 추가 지불. 냉장고엔 손도 대지 않았기에 따로 세금을 내야하니 기분이 좋지는 않음.

다음날 아침 새벽 비행기를 타야되는데 공항에서 걸어서 5~10분 거리라서 편리했습니다. 공항쪽에서 들어오는 입구가 좀 무섭게 생겼고 공항 주차장을 지나서 들어와야되서 좀 무서움. 수영장 그럭저럭이나 늦게도착해서 이용하지는 않았습니다. 주변에 뭐 아무것도 없지만 공항에서 가까워서 식당 등은 이용가능하나 나폴리 공항 자체가 별 시설이 없습니다. 배정받은 객실이 리셉션이 있는 건물과 별도의 건물에 있어서 아무나 리셉션을 통하지 않고 드나들수 있는 구조라 약간 불안한 감이 있습니다. (나폴리 자체가 치안이 별로라고 소문나서...) 공항쪽 출입문 말고 반대쪽(도심쪽) 출입문으로 나가면 일반 대중교통도 이용가능한것 같은데 그냥 안전한 공항버스만 타고 다녔어요.

공항에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라 밤늦게 도착 후 다음날 일찍 나갈경우 딱 좋음. 객실은 도로변이라 소음이 심한편. 주차장이 무료라 렌트카여행에 많은 도움이 된다. 직원들은 매우매우 친절하다.

Overnight stay before continuing our journey the next day as our flight arrived in the evening. So close to the car hire compound. Although the access gate from the car hire was offline, we just walked 2-3 mins round the front. The buildings surrounding area isnt great, but dont let that put you off. Welcoming lady at reception. Lovely room , king size bed, clean, TV free wifi, nice ensuite shower room , complimentary toiletries. Our room overlooked the car hire area. Continental breakfast with enough to chose from. No street noise just the odd plane taking off , it is so close to the airport after all. 10-15 min walk or take the free car hire shuttle bus if you're collecting a car that is, like we were next morning. Will use the hotel again. Maybe not 4* but a 3*++

It was said on the booking page that the hotel had a bar and a restaurant. It had neither. It had a shelf of dusty bottles behind the reception and a sign saying "Restaurant" that lead to a closed and shuttered resturant. Please update your listing.

I never went there, because we contact the hotel by hotels.com and never give us resolution to our issues, I ready contacted by messages and never respond to me , them only get the money and we contact them on time because we did reservations to Naples Florida and the apps give Naples Italy but we contact to get resolution and also hotel.com never help me with my issues, too the hotel

Good enough for one night before our flight

This is a clean & adequate hotel - conveniently located for car hire. It’s not the 4 star property its signage indicates.

Sound proofing was bad

The rooms were nothing like pictures on the web site. Iwould highly recommend expedia not represent this propert.the rooms were so small and stinky that we could not stay. There were 1 guard fogs as the area was do unsafe. Again we could not stay here nd i would like a full refund. Please let me know when the refun has been processed. Thank you!

Awful!! Room had disgusting smell which cleaners tried to cover up with diffusers Bath leaked a lot Full and I mean FULL of mosquitoes Breakfast was the only good part! Pool area satisfactory clean, water had a lot of leaves and free debris

It was a very nice experience. Loved the Annare Pizzeria close by. MUST VISIT!

Bathroom smelled strong, unclean, and acrid, despite cleaning by staff. Construction work performed outside the hotel from about midnight until dawn.

The hotel is impressively located above the sea with beautiful views. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are great, spacious and well-presented, with large bathrooms. The main entrance is sophisticated, with marble everywhere. Two things we didn't enjoy... On both days we were there, weddings took place, and the second night, the music sadly carried on till 23:20 and was very loud. It sounded as if it was in the room next door even though we had 'loft rooms'. Staying up late and joining in may have been a better option for us. Secondly, the breakfast is pretty basic, not 4* in my opinion. Continental breakfast only, self-service. Sweet choices (pastries and cake), nuts and boiled eggs, ham and cheese. We would have liked a cooked breakfast and more choice. If you take a boat trip to Capri, you can see the hotel on the headland; it looks fab. It's a quick drive into Sorrento, which is a great place to eat and wander around. It's well worth the time to visit as it is quaint. From the port, a ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes to Capri, and I also saw other destinations. The Capri ferry takes about 30 minutes and is fast and smooth. It's a great day out, as the island is delightful. Private parking is available at 40 euros for the day at the harbour. Drive down to the port, and just before arriving in the coach area by the ferries, you'll see the 'valet style' parking on your left. It may seem expensive, but it's very convenient.

Quiet room with comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub, outdoor pool

The location is perfect for traveling from the airport. The entire area around the airport is older and run down, but the hotel rooms are perfectly fine. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the AC works well. There is limited dining around and driving through Naples is a death wish but otherwise this hotel is perfectly adequate for the price. We had two rooms for one night before our flight early the next AM. If you must fly from Naples, this hotel is great and an easy walk to the terminal. Also it's right behind the car rental drop-off.
