Lugar incrível! Café da manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções. Quarto super confortável, limpo, maravilhoso. A vista nem se fala… Funcionários educados e prestativos e gatinhos fofos pelo hotel. Voltaria com certeza. Só achei ruim não avisarem com antecedência que precisa de touca de natação para entrar na piscina.

This hotel is a combination of modern and classic Italian styles. It has renovated rooms with modern bathrooms, but other areas of the hotel are outdated. It features a spa, sauna, thermal waters, and an outdoor pool with a spectacular view. The outdoor area is very beautiful and modern. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are a mess — the space is small, hot, and outdated. The breakfast menu options are limited, with a lot of pastries. The fruit is placed whole, and each guest has to cut it themselves.

Delightful stay. The room was lovely, and the view from our private terrace was wonderful. Dinner was first rate. Easily walkable into San Quirico, short drive to Montalcino, Pienza, and Montalcino. Nice massage and spa. A very good value.

Pool is wonderful! Location is great. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. We totally enjoyed our visit if there is one criticism or would be that sleeping and bathrooms are up a staircase in the room. So if you have a problem with stairs this place might not work for you. No problem for me but could be for some.

Seconda volta che scegliamo di trascorrere alcuni giorni presso questo struttura con la mia compagna. Di questo luogo apprezziamo la cura e il rispetto per l’ospite oltre alla libertà di poter scegliere cosa fare: colazione fronte piscina, partitella a tennis, bagno in piscina serale, relax assoluto in uno dei tanti punti con lettini o amache vista valle, visita ai vicini borghi. Non dispiace avere un ristorante a due passi e un comodo supermercato a 3 minuti d’auto. Consigliato. Sicuramente torneremo.

Forced to by a polyester head cover to swim in the pool? Furthermore, only accepted cash at the reception upon check out with no initial information about this… Nice pool area and large rooms, however, not worth the price.

We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access.
