크로체 디 말타 호텔

위치가 너무 좋고 아침식사도 좋았습니다.

난방시설이 고장나 호텔 방이 추웠고 더 좋은 상태의 방이 있음에도 불구하고 지저분한 방을 주었다

역에서 캐리어를 끌고 가려면 돌아가야해서 지도상 거리보다는 시간이 더 걸린다. 관리를 하더라도 오래된 호텔이라 여러 시설이 노후되고 고장나 있었다. 패밀리룸은 생각보다 넓고 아이들에게 색다름을 주었다. 수영장 관리가 제대로 되지 않았고 9월 초중순의 날씨에는 물이 차가워 이용하기 힘들 정도였다. 조식,로비는 괜찮았고 시내 투어하기에 무리 없었다.

가격 대비 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 방이 매우 넓고 위치도 좋습니다.

클래식, 친절함, 위치의 편안함... 이모든걸 갖춰도 객실이 떨어지기에... 가격이 좀 비싸다는 느낌이다...

good location near station, rooom condiiton is not good

피렌체 역과 시내에서 매우 가깝고 깨끗합니다 시설은 오래되었지만 전혀 불편하지 않고 전망더 좋습니다

피렌체 산타마리아노벨라 역과 지리적으로도 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 개인적으로 신발 벗고 생활하기 때문에 타일이 위생 측면에서 더 선호하고 있는 터라 객실 바닥이 카페트였던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 나머지 시설이나 서비스 모두 좋았습니다.

Great place. The breakfast area is huge and nice buffet. The staff is very pleasant and the price is more affordable than other hotels in the area. Definitely a winner!!!

Não parece hotel quatro estrelas . Mesmo no inverno a temperatura do quarto muito quente e não tinha como regula-la .

Hotel super bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, staff super atencioso. Café da manha delicioso.

Hotel ótimo , super bem localizado , quarto enorme , tudo limpo , café da manhã top !!!! Voltando em Florença ficaria lá novamente!!!

The room was clean. The hotel is walking distance to the tourist places

Very clean & comfortable. Easy to find. Was a short walk from everywhere i wanted to go & near Unita tram stop for airport. Breakfast was good. Kettle / safe / slippers in room. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I arrived early & my room was ready & available. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop terrace. I would stay here again & recommend to others.

Posto perfetto, le attrazioni principali della città distano al massimo10 minuti a piedi. Personale cordiale, hotel molto pulito

Hotel excelente. Ótima localização, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã foi ótimo todos os dias. Se retornarmos a Firenze procuraremos ficar no mesmo hotel com toda certeza.

Hotel muito bom! Localização perfeita, café da manhã ótimo! Só o banheiro que não era muito prático pois molhava tudo durante o banho. Mas certamente ficaria lá novamente. Custo benefício muito bom!

The location is great, more central in Florence, and the staff very friendly, but the condition of our room was less than desirable. The room, while big (2 floors), is dated. The staircase shakes a little bit and is slightly unnerving. We had constant issues with mosquitos (and we did not even open the window). We were constantly getting bit and must've killed a dozen or more mosquitos during our 2 night stay. You can even see on the walls were past guests have killed mosquitos (blood splatters). This made sleeping and getting a good nights rest nearly impossible. The bathroom, particularly the shower is terrible. And given where the showered head is positioned, water will get all over the floor. Unlike Asia which has a lot of wet bathrooms, which include a drain in the floor for water to drain, this hotel bathroom does not. So the water will just pool on the floor and you're either forced to just let the water sit there (which you can slip, or get wet feet while using the bathroom), or you have to dry the floor with your towel after every shower. We're not paying money to stay at a hotel to clean the bathroom floor for the hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay here (at least our room) but either 1) pay more money for a nicer hotel, or 2) stay in a more modern/updated hotel.
