Muy buena ubicación, tanto para ir caminando como para utilizar el transporte público (metro y estación de tren muy próximos). Muy bien la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. Habitación cómoda, confortable y tranquila, excepto por el ruido de las tuberías (cuando se abrían los grifos de la habitación contigua parecía que estaban allí mismo); el armario muy pequeño, insuficiente para dos adultos. Desayuno completo y de buena calidad. Todo el personal con el que nos relacionamos, en todo momento muy amable y servicial.

Das Hotelpersonal in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar, ausgesprochen herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen in jedem Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Helpfulness of staff. Homely feel. Devine breakfast!

First, the welcome and warm reception by staff, at the Dharma, was refreshing after an overnight flight. Giuseppe, the front desk manager provided a courteous smile and explanation of amenities, offering an apology because scheduled checkin time was several hours away. However, he invited us to take advantage of the breakfast service and stored our luggage, which was promptly delivered after room assignment. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, quality bed linens, pillows, and towels. The housekeeping staff and baggage porters were courteous and appreciative of our limited Italian! The iridescent bathroom shower is complete with steam -so relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood, filled with restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores selling fresh fruit, wine, water, snacks, etc., and wherever a green cross is displayed there is a pharmacy. The Dharma collaborates with a nearby restaurant to provide afternoon cocktails and discount on lunch and dinner. Great choice for a comfortable stress-free hotel option. Highly recommend! La chambre était bien dommage qu’elle était placée juste à côté de la cuisine un peu bruyante le matin pour le réveil. Personnel courtois et agréable

Staff were wonderful, very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Room was spotless, towels changed every day. Excellent location for nearly all sites, metro closed by.

Great hotel and location. Free WiFi and an amazing buffet breakfast was included. Bathroom needed some tlc but bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t noisy at night. Walking distance to all the major sights and the gelato! Staff were fantastic and so helpful

The fact to be located in 2 floors of a building is very special, no lobby and very small lift Staff are very nice and smiley

Sweet little hotel. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the efficient. The location is great. The best is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Riccardo and Giuseppe go over and above to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

Accommodations were good. VERY Noisy, we were oickpocketed right next to the hotel. I thought we could get more help from the Hotel rather than directions to the police station. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door would not shut tight, and water leaked onto the floor. The restaurant was not in the hotel but nearby.

Despite one of the nicest and most efficient staffs of anywhere we stayed in Italy, a clean room and a great location, we didn't have a great stay because this property is so difficult to manage. There is an elevator, but only after you've hauled yourself up a bunch of stairs. The shower was so tiny as to be nearly unusable and the bathroom was actively dangerous, with steps up and down out of bathing and toileting areas. In America this would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I personally witnessed some poor elderly folks struggling and needing a lot of help. Except for the designs of the bathrooms, this isn't the hotel's fault. It would be a great place to stay if you're young and easily adaptable. Otherwise you risk breaking a hip.
