Bon point: chambre propre et spacieuse, personnel professionnel, check-rapide. A améliorer: cabine de douche trop petit, pas de porte-valise dans la chambre, climatisation un peu bruyante, horaire de petit déjeuner non adapté aux clients en voyage d'affaire (commence à 7h trop tard). Pas testé connexion wifi.

Limpeza ok, funcionários prestativos, estacionamento grátis. Recomendo

Town center wss a short drive away. Brescia has a subway system, entrance near hotel, which makes it easy to get around.

There was a very strong smell of urine that came from the bathroom that looked clean but smelled horrible. I was scared to use the bathroom it smelled so bad

Rooms were spacious and clean. No luggage rack. Bathroom had run out of shampoo and gel - something the cleaners should keep topped up. Shame no channels were working on TV. Breakfast had very limited choice and only 3 staff to keep food topped up and tables cleaned - they could not cope. I expected better from a Hilton! Free car park is about 50m away in public space so remove valuables from your car.

die zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört alles von jedem Nachbarn, die spülung der toiletten sowie duschen sind ebenfalls sehr laut zu hören. Hilton bietet meiner meinung nach höhere Standards und dies bin ich als viel reisender nicht gewohnt. wir sind eigentlich davon ausgegangen, mit Frühstück gebucht zu haben, vor ort wurden wir dann eines besseren belehrt. kein 2. mal!

Hotel comodissimo appena fuori dal centro città, con parcheggio gratuito fino a disponibilità, Stanza grande e pulita, ottimo letto e cuscini, silenziosissima, con TV e phon. utilities in bagno. Ascensore . Reception cortese e professionale.

Really enjoyed the cookie at the check-in and our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was a strange smell each time we returned to the room, where the taps and shower hadn’t been in use, but overall a good stay. We really enjoyed the pool area and the staff were very hospitable

Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war das Personal ziemlich desinteressiert und hat uns nicht beachtet.

Loved everything. Great place, nice staff. Huge Breakfast.Very nice and isolated Rooms. With the metro its a jump to the center. And if you want to go shopping you can also walk down the road (about 10 minutes) Because of the weather we could not try the pool. But it looked nice. If there is one thing I did not like, it's the coffee machine for breakfast. It was very "watery" coffee and I did not like it that much. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Rent, fräscht och bra service! Restaurangen har god mat men skulle kunna förbättras för besökare som ej kan italienska. Översättningen (Italienska -> Engelska) i menybladet är ibland ej korrekt och lurade oss under vår första kväll. Ett bra förslag från vår dotter var att ha bilder på maträtterna för att få en bättre förståelse för vad som erbjuds. Barnen ser även att det finns en bredare meny som även passar dom. Bra frukost! Bra pool! Bra gym! Tack för denna gång!

Det var godt dejligt med gratis parkering og 24 timer bemanding på Reception. Poolen er udenfor og er åben fra 12-20, hvilket er ikke så godt

I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches.
