Very kind and nearby airport.

공항과 가까워서 좋은데 베네치아 섬하고는 좀 머네요.

집주인이 자기 집이라 그런지 깨끗하게 잘 관리하긴 했는데, 정말 아무 것도 손대지 말라는 식인 것 같아요. 홈페이지에는 주방 사진도 있는데 실제 가보니 자물쇠로 채워 놓았더라구요. 물어보니, 주방을 사용하려면 하루에 25유로를 내고 거기에 서비스비 25유로를 따로 내라고 되어 있어 황당했습니다. 이에 그치지 않고, 객실 내 에어컨 사용하려면 10유로를 따로 내야하고, 혹여라도 짐가방이 많아 주인 아저씨가 이층까지 운반하는데 도와주면, 가방 하나에 5유로를 내라는 식에, 방에 가보면 뭐가 그리 규정이 많은지, 아무 것도 말고, 깨끗하게 잠만 자고 가라는 식이어서 머무는 동안 마음이 굉장히 불편했습니다. 이런 숙소라면 이용하지 않는 편이 낫겠지요.

Very nice owners. Accomodating, close to airport. More instructions as to the address, signage, physical attributes of the property could be helpful as our navigation told us we arrived and we didn't know where to go.

Family owned house with very friendly service! Basic rooms, since heat was not on, cold! No elevator!

We had wonderful hosts that greeted us with a smile and wonderful advise. She booked our taxi for the airport early the next morning and it arrived a few minutes early. Excellent deck to sit in and reflect on our wonderful vacation over a glass of wine. Great food in Mestre as well. I will stay here next time I fly out of Venice.

Please note up front that this is NOT a hotel and is a private residence (renting a room). My wife and I drove over an hour from the airport trying to find the “hotel”. Once we arrived we realized it was not a hotel but a private residence that is renting out rooms. The front porch light was left on and digital code directions provided for entering the residence. Unloading and entering the residence, BEWARE please note there is NO elevator. The room is on the third floor, therefore struggles to go up three flights of stairs with luggage was a major challenge for my wife and myself. The room was average, we weren’t able to control air conditioning settings, nor the volume of the one television. There was one queen bed and one twin bed in the room. Nothing fancy, but certainly disappointed in the misrepresentation of the room/overall location. Travel to and from was not as advertised and difficult to navigate. Would not recommend, would not return. Do your research before booking this location

Great place to stay near Venice airport. Very clean and well kept. Owner is amazing! She gave us so much information and was persistent in booking our airport transportation.

We stayed at Dream the night before leaving for the airport. The staff was amazing. They called the taxi company for us to arrange a taxi to come pick us up and take us to the airport at 3:15 am. They also called a nearby restaurant to order us dinner. Overall we were very impressed with the helpful staff & this hotel ended up being the perfect place for us to stay since we just needed a place to sleep one night before heading to the airport. If you are hoping to stay in Venice though, I would definitely recommend staying on the island, as it would be difficult to get there everyday from this hotel.

The hostess served us an amazing breakfast. There was more food than four people could possibly eat. And she made the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I would love to know her secret!! Grazie

We used Expedia to book this place, the images shown on the website looked good and it gave the appearance of being a nice hotel near Venice. It was late and we contacted the hotel with the intention of getting directions or some kind of explanation on how to reach their place. Upon arrival, we discovered the place was not exactly as advertised; it was not a hotel, but a guesthouse in the middle of nowhere. The house had no elevators, so taking our bags to the room on the third floor would’ve been extremely difficult, considering we are a family of five. Entering the room, we were greeted with a strong and obtrusive smell of disinfectant, a smell that made it nearly impossible for someone to spend the night there. This, the checkout time of 10:00 AM, and the lack of elevators, meant great difficulty for us to stay there. Since the owner only spoke Italian, we talked to his wife (or assistant), and she told us not to worry, she understood the place was not suitable for us. She said we could leave even-minded and she would contact Expedia to make sure we got our money back, cancelling any charges done to our card. This did not happen, since the next day, when we sent a message, they replied saying there would be no cancelation and they refused to give the money back. This was NOT my first time using Expedia and in previous occasions, when a mistake was made, it had been very easy for the hosts to cancel the reservation and make a refund. Vriendelijke eigenaars die voor je klaar staan en bereid om te helpen. Mooie schone kamers. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer naar terug gaan.

Perfect place for visit Venice, near Venice Airport

Very friendly family run place. A little hard to find. Secure place to park car. Definitely want a car to venture out. Ask front desk how to take bus into Venice.

The owners were wonderful and the room accommodated our family of 5 great!

Hotel was 5 minutes from Venice Airport. Couple owners were friendly and efficient in everything they did to help us. They provided pay transport for returning or pick up at hotel. One flight of stairs but the room and service to assist was excellent One of the best stays we have experienced near the Venice airport.I will do it again.
