전반적으로 다좋았어요. 한밤중 밖 공원에서 오토바이족들이 모이는 야외카페인지 음악을 너무 크게 틀어놔서 소음공해가 있어 예민한 사람들은 잠들기 어려울것같아요. 관광으로 피곤해 금방 잠들면 괜찮구요, 다른건 가격이 높으니 당연 좋읍니다.

It was much worse than I expected. The room was totally different from pictures on website. Hair dryer and room key didn't work so we waisted time and no one said sorry to us. Especially cleaning status was terrible. There were so much dust on the table and bathroom floor. The restaurant didn't open on time in the morning. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel overall, city accessibility is ambiguous. It does not really take long, but if you consider Florence, a small area, it is a bit repulsive to take a tired body after a trip and go outside the city. The distance to the station is 30min by walk, but if you come by taxi, it costs 20 Euros. The good point is that Michelangelo Square is nearby. I stayed on the 6th floor, the room was small overall, and there is not enough space outside the bed. If you are big, it will be uncomfortable. (I think enough Asian.)

장점 : 청결하고, 대중교통 접근성도 편리한 매우 좋은 호텔이었어요. 단점 : 1. 데스크에서 방문객 대하는 태도가 그다지 친절하지 않네요. 2. 두 건물로 나뉘어 있는데 제가 사용한 건물은 많은 객실 수에 비에 엘리베이터는 4명 정도 들어가는 크기 달랑 하나. 줄서서 엘리베이터 타고, 한 번 타려면 꽤 오래 기다려야 탈 수 있어요. 단체 여행객을 태운 버스 한 대 들어오자, 엘리베이터를 30분 정도 기다렸다 탄 듯 해요. 3. 조식 서비스도 호텔 가격이나 규모에 비해서 상당히 떨어지는 편.

Excellent Italian buffet breakfast. Large groups of organized tours were checking in and out, and taking up elevators and crowded common areas, but for the most part that was not an issue. The room with a view of the river for which I paid extra was a misnomer because the trees obstruct the view, but the room faces a few lanes of traffic that makes it too noisy to get a good night sleep. However, we were promptly and easily moved to a quiet side of the building on our request and lost only one night of sleep..

Une nuitée étape à Florence. Hotel bien situé à la limite de la ZTL. Possibilité de monter à la piazza Michelangelo et également de rejoindre à pied le centre de la ville.
