Great view if you like looking at car parks or blocks of apartments. Images of hotel on the booking website totally oversell this hotel. Average at best.

Un piacevole tuffo negli anni 70 per gli arredi, i balconi con l’arco, la bella piscina e la sala da pranzo all’ultimo piano con il mare all’orizzonte👌 Soggiorno piacevole, stanze comode e silenziose, personale simpatico, ottimo buffet colazione e posizione buona! Mi è piaciuto!

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Das Restaurant hat auf den ersten Blick einen leichten Kantinenflair, was aber in Apulien so häufiger vorkommt. Das Essen war aber sehr gut und die Kellner zuvorkommend. Wir würden wiederkommen!

The check in was a breeze. Francesca was extremely helpful to work with. She’s fluent in English, and helped us with everything, like directions to the town and parking. There’s a big parking lot in front of the hotel. While the room is a little dated, it is compensated with nice balcony overlooking the sea, and the best Buffett Breakfast in our Italian tour. We also requested 2 extra pilliows as there were only 2 pillows. Thanks Francesca. Will be back.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Location met our needs. The area is walkable. They have great beach access.

ottimo ristorante e pulizia

Ottimo hotel per qualità di servizio e buona posizione per la spiaggia,il centro paese, bar eccellente per gli amanti dello Spriz con personale sempre disponibile

Top in tutto, accoglienza , pulizia , ristorazione , vista , servizi generali .....meglio di così difficile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel eccellente, un 4 stelle quasi di lusso. Pulizia eccellente e cibo ottimo in un ristorante elegante. Ringrazio il sig Filippo e tutto lo staff.

La pulizia e la reception sono eccellenti. Il ristorante non è in grado di soddisfare neppure un cambio del menù se non con del formaggio e non gestisce vegetariani. Alcune vettovaglie sono sbocconcellate e il servizio da parte dei camerieri è pessimo e non conoscono neppure cosa servono. Carta dei vini inesistente come per il menù alla carta. La seconda settimana di settembre non servono più il succo d'arancia perché finito in agosto e non fanno scorte. Inoltre essendo stati vicino alla cucina, sentivamo gli apprezzamenti sui clienti. Non è all'altezza di un ristorante per un albergo 4 stelle.

ottima struttura, personale eccellente e sempre disponibile

Decided to stay in Vieste at the last moment.We had reservations in Manfredonia but Vieste looked intriguing and was only forty five minutes more via a snaking road with amazing views of the Adriatic. The hotel is a two minute walk from the beach and only fifteen minutes by foot from the beautiful old town.Most rooms have a large balcony and the view to the sea is excellent. Rooms are large by Italian standards,very comfortable beds and English channels on the small t.v. if you change the language on the remote. Breakfast was ok.The roast pears are delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel/room appeared a bit outdated, however, is located a very short walk away from a nice beach. Breakfast was fine. Staff, overall professional but not too forthcoming. Good value for the price charged.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli! Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta illallinen ei ollut kovin erikoinen. Ranta oli erittäin siisti ja lähellä. Lyhyt matka keskustaan.

Très bon séjour de 4 jours dans cet hôtel familial où le personnel est agréable et accueillant. L'hôtel est séparé du boulevard très passager par un grand parking ce qui lui permet d'être au calme tout en étant à 2mn à pieds de la plage et 10/15mn à pieds suffisent pour rejoindre la vieille ville de Vieste. La piscine est très propre et n'était pas surchargée en ce début de juillet et le buffet du petit déjeuner est suffisamment varié pour que chacun y trouve son compte. Une bonne adresse que nous retenons.

This is a really nice hotel situated just a short walk from the beach. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms reasonably appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. However, I'm not sure its really a 4* - more a 3.5* hotel primarily because the food offering whilst adequate is both repetitive and uninspiring. Breakfast was the same every day and dinner was a set menu along the lines of a 1990s package holiday rather than that of an independent 4* hotel. We ate one evening meal there and ate out the rest of the time both because we could and because there were plenty of excellent restaurants a short walk away. I would never book this hotel on anything other than a B&B basis or Room Only.

Albergo comodo, pulito e ben curato. Personale disponibile, unica pecca è stata la richiesta di mantenere la camera oltre l'orario previsto per il check out, perché dovevamo pranzare, avendo la pensione completa. Ci è stato detto che aspettavano tanti ospiti, ma non era vero, da altre fonti. Non è stato garbato sentirsi dire bugie, potevano semplicemente dire che non era previsto per regolamento, avremmo capito e rispettato. Il ristorante ostanta ricercatezza. Quei tovaglioli di carta a colazione sono da abolire, come i cornetti non proprio freschissimi: una via di mezzo tra il ristorante di classe e quello da trattoria: pietanze con portare scarse; cucina elaborata, ma non sempre gustosa. I camerieri sono gentili e disponibili, non posso dire lo stesso del responsabile di sala, che ha ostentato cortesia, ma nello stesso tempo non si è reso conto di essere invadente e anche poco garbato quando, ad un nostro errore di valutazione sul menù, non si è preoccupato di sottolineare una nostra distrazione sulla data. Troppa presunzione da parte di alcuni, il resto bene. Pulizia e cura della struttura ottime.
