Beautiful hotel at an excellent location with perfect view of the shopping center, 5 minute walk to the train station , upstairs from all the luxury boutiques , the bathroom was so beautiful and large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back here

Tyvärr inte alls den nivå jag förväntat mig, en enorm renovering som pågick (kommer pågå länge) så hela rummet skakade och väsnades. Inget badkar trots att det stod som specifikation av rummet och enorm lyhört. Nej tyvärr inte ett lyxhotell och inget jag kan rekommendera vidare för det priset.

They put me in a room next to a construction site with no double glazing.
The first night I was woke up by noise in the construction site at 24:30 and the second night at 2:00am by the same noise.
Then the full construction site started working each morning at 7:00am and kept going all day with jackhammering. I couldn’t even have a work phone call in the room.
To top this up late at night I could hear very loud noise from the corridor because the room are very poorly insulated.

The location is very convenient, but the hotel did not honor my request to have adjoining/adjacent rooms and we were without heat for our visit - in December. The lack of compassion about the issues was unacceptable

I enjoyed my short stay. The staff, service, amenities and location are the best I have experienced in a long time! Everyone went above and beyond for us. The attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be dissappointed!

I had a short stay from Nov 6-8 and wished I stayed longer. Such a fabulous location, great view and attentive service. Check in was a breeze and the concierge gave me two helpful maps for my stay At first, I was a bit weary about using the WhatsApp number vs a hotel phone - but it actually works out better as you can ask questions whenever. I was able to request an ironing board, help with the iron (I didn't have the dial properly adjusted) and room service. When I got back home, I realized I forgot to pack a dress and the concierge was able to locate it for me and they are sending it back via DHL this week.

Property needs updating. Bathroom has visible mildew and mold plus shower had no pressure. Visible other repairs needed like door handle loose, screws loose paint fading. Also propert next door under renovation so constant noise during the day starting at 7.30 Am! Way too early!! Not acceptable

I booked this hotel just for the view and then at the check in I was shocked that they have rooms without a view and this is the room they gave me and when i told them that there’s nothing mentioned on Expedia about rooms without a view, they said “you shouldn’t booked it with Expedia then!”

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I recommend that Expedia take this counterfeit property off the website immediately for the safety of travelers. This hotel is grossly overrated on this website. There is no AC and Milan is currently 95 F.
