소렌토 중심지와는 전혀먼......완전 산곡대기에 산장같은호텔이라히기에도 민망한 모텔급. 방에 개미들이 너무많아서 일박만하고 나왔어요....직원한테 개미들이있어서 못자겠다고하니 확인해보겠다고.....그러더니 개미없다고...... 그래서 그직원데리고가서 정확이 개미있는거 확인시켜줬어여. 사진까지찍어서.......이건 영아닌듯싶네요

Baffled by the good reviews. This place runs on rules upon rules upon regulations, and the photos are doing heroic work—instead of an idyllic hillside retreat, you get a tired, austere little fiefdom that makes a Holiday Inn look like the Ritz. Worst hotel of my two-week Italy trip (my partner agreed, enthusiastically). In fairness, the view is lovely and the area is peaceful—the hotel just works tirelessly to undo that from the inside. We arrived after 8 hours of travel to find the restaurant couldn't seat us (reservations required, mentioned nowhere). No snack by the pool either. The choice: pasta, a cheeseburger, or a 10-min walk in the dark to the small tow . €40/day for a second guest, for reasons unknown. Lose a plastic keycard? Charged. One pool towel, must be ferried to and from your room like a sacred relic. Or charged for leaving it anywhere. Poolside food only 12–2:30; pool "closes" at 7pm, before sunset, with cheerful "ten minutes!" warnings never preceded by "hello." There's an "elegant" dress code, bold for a hotel this inelegant. Breakfast is identical daily and the coffee machine has no business operating in Italy. Flat pillows, polyester comforter (you'll sweat), paper walls, and chairs that screech across tile. Cleaning starts at 8am. Worst sleep of my trip, despite earplugs. Inflexible on every front. Avoid—plenty of places actually want your business and will try to attract it.

This hotel was beautiful inside and out! The rooms were cute with views of Mt. Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The staff was so nice. We stayed for 4 nights. They have an infinity pool looking right out to the sea. It was a great location to travel back and forth to Sorrento where we had dinner at the Lemon tree restaurant (amazing) and Capri. The buffet breakfast was over the top! We ate dinner at their restaurant 3 times! It was so delicious. The bar area overlooks the beautiful sea. If you can get a room over looking the sea it will be well worth it. They have balconies that you can relax on.

The hotel is on hills, far from Sorrento. The schedule of hotel shuttles are limited and it’s a big problem to get to city. The hotel itself is good, the location is the problem.

Everything was great

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Grand Due Golfi in Sorrento. The hotel itself is beautiful, with absolutely amazing views that made our stay even more special. The pool area and outdoor restaurant were spectacular, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The staff were incredible throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were spotless, very clean, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the complimentary shuttle bus service, which was so convenient for getting into Sorrento and back to the hotel without any hassle. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the view is breathtaking and the food delicious. The front desk staff treat you like royalty and helped us organize taxis and tourist attractions. The pool was lovely. This hotel gets 5 stars - Thank you so much everyone! It was an experience of a lifetime!

The view, facility and staff are wonderful. The shuttle bus makes the 20 minute trip down the hill to Sorrento a breeze! Can’t wait to return.

Hotel was spotless and had an amazing view! Wonderful pool area. Our room and bathroom were excellent and in perfect repair. We had a balcony that was enjoyable even though we didn’t have the view of the sea. Beautiful property. The shuttle bus was key to getting in to town. You need to be willing to work with the hotel schedule though. Would definitely stay again. Don’t miss walking around St. Agata.

We had a fantastic time here. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was too. The views are breathtaking and the pool is great too. A bit cool but it was only 24C when we stayed so I think when it’s hotter it would be perfect.

The girls at the front desk were knowledgeable, friendly… curious and genuinely interested… They helped me in a huge way by helping me. Send packages home to North Carolina USA. Yes the pool was amazing however, the daily shuttles to Sorrento and Sorrento back to the hotel was perfect and the boat excursion they picked you up the hotel and bought you back to the hotel and those were amazing! Thank you girls for helping me. Have a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a put on your bucket list for sure…

We had an incredible experience staying here. The views were spectacular, from the balcony in the room, the dining area as well as from the beautiful infinity pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having the shuttle bus was extremely convenient going to and returning from the town of Sorrento. Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the town, quiet and peaceful with 5 star views!

Great hotel with super helpful staff. The pool is fantastic and you can’t beat the views. Make sure you head down past the pool on the right to sit in the swing that’s underneath heart shaped vines and look out over the bay. The staff was awesome and helped us arrange transport to the hotel and a last minute transfer all the way the Napoli airport. We will be staying here again when we bring the kids back in 2 years.
