Air conditioning did not work. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Srunnign property. Right on the sea front. Well maintained pool and garden. I opted for half board. Worth it, the food was outstanding. Staff are lovely and very friendly. I didnt want to leave.

Great hotel and really nice and highly qualified staff especially Mrs. Margarita. She was very helpful and kind. Is rear in this time to meet such a hardworking and generous people! Highly recommend!

What a gem- a historical landmark and museum. A professional, quality staff, unique rooms, excellent breakfast, gourmet dinner, awesome wine selection, etc. The value was just unmatched in terms of what you receive for the cost, especially compared to hotels in the US. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time in my travels.

Albergo iconico e bellissimo. Lo staff potrebbe essere più sorridente e disponibile. Colazione di qualità anche se mi sarei aspettata un po’ di varietà almeno su torte e prodotti fatti in casa.

Loved Rimini, especially the downtown area. The beach was lovely and relaxing. The hotel is Grand - manage your expectations when booking an historic property. The room was small, but beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were lush and inviting.

Tutto ok, hotel storico di alto livello. Camera dotata di ogni confort, materasso comodissimo, bagno non ampio ma completo. Colazione stratosferica, veramente regale! Soddisfatto.

Bellissimo Hotel con grande cura degli spazi comuni, si percepisce il fascino del passato e della storia dell'edificio ma le camere non sono da 5 stelle, non c'è il bollitore né la bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto. La nostra stanza dava su un cornicione pieno di escrementi di piccioni e gabbiani. Buona la colazione e personale di sala gentile. Ma il tasto dolente sono gli addetti alla reception e la scorrettezza del conto che ci è stato presentato. Il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto alla reception se dovevamo tenere lo scontrino del parcheggio retrostante e lui l'ha buttato dicendo che non serviva perché il parcheggio era incluso, ebbene nel conto non solo c'erano i 25 euro del giorno in cui effettivamente abbiamo parcheggiato all'interno( sorvoliamo pure sull'informazione sbagliata), ma c'erano anche 25 euro per il giorno dell' arrivo,peccato che avessimo parcheggiato in strada visto che c'erano diversi posti liberi. E la ciliegina sulla torta è stata l'addebito di un omelette con salmone che nessuno ha mai preso. Alla nostra contestazione, ci hanno fatto attendere almeno 20 minuti perché dovevano verificare con la cucina, comunque ci hanno rimborsati ma non sembravano convinti. Una figuraccia del genere non è proprio da 5 stelle. Sono stata qualche volta a Napoli nei grandi alberghi storici del lungomare e quelli sì, sono Hotel di classe.

Ein einzigartiges, wunderschönes, altehrwürdiges Grand Hotel in Top Zustand und mit zuvorkommendem, netten Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It is a gorgeous hotel. A shame we couldn't eat any evening meal as they had an event on. I Found this odd in a 5 star hotel to suggest your guests leave the building to eat in the evening

The Hotel is surely a very lovely historical building and the position is fine. The category is supposed to be a 5star L, but this do not correspond with the reality. multiple minimal elements are not in line with the category (bedroom slippers are small, guardarobe is broken and with broken light, communicating door with next room is not isolated and you get noise, restaurant's staff don't wait for you to terminate your plate, cleaning staff are not accurate, and many more). All of these, are minor issues, but not acceptable for a 5starL.

It is a classic hotel and if you are looking for that, it is fine. However, for the price, the service fall short, I asked for a towel for the beach, they made me wait for 15min at the reception only to find that it was available just behind them . I had to ask for amenities and kettle specifically. There is no access to the inside pool unless you pay for a specific package, not just having a treatment. You need to order your drink, get it, carry it to the garden if you don’t want to get stuck at the back of the hotel. The list goes on. A nice sea view from the room,

The total experience was out standing. The spa, room and dining could not have been better. Everything was fully priced with the service being fault free. Would return, without question.

Great place. Was excited about the spa treatments and they were able to fit us in on short notice. Spa front desk person was very rude, on the phone and at the spa. I’m glad we got our treatment anyway as the massage person was great.

The problem was the cost of the umbrella and chairs. This should be on their website. Im not changing my review. I wondered why it wasn't in any reviews. It's important guest know this before selecting this hotel. It increases their cost dramatically

Vakkert hotell med fine omgivelser. Synes ikke vi ble tatt i mot hyggelig i resepsjonen, men dette kan skyldes språk problemer. Ingen informasjon om frokost og andre fasiliteter. Vi fikk også mindre rom en det som var bestilt. Ikke nok med det, men første natt ble søvnløs, grunnet aircondition som begynte å bråke veldig. Gav beskjed i resepsjonen, og det skulle bli fikset, men ingenting skjedde før etter 4. gang vi klaget i resepsjonen. Vi spurte om vi kunne bytte rom men der var ikke et alternativ en gang. Da vi på by la oss den kvelds etter at feilen var fiksert, begynte den på by med samme brak. Fikk da lov til å overnatte på er annet rom, men ikke aktuelt å bytte da heller. Dagen etter gav i beskjed, og at vi må vå et nytt rom. Omsider fikk vi et nytt rom, og som tort og svie trodde vi at vi skulle få et større rom , men det var mindre. Så alt K alt litt dårlig service og imøtekommenhet.
