위치, 시설, 서비스 모두가 최고였습니다. 다음 시칠리아 방문에도 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다

very Elegant hotel, but it's not modern hotel,. old building, but very close to city center and square

The hotel is nice and the rooms have high ceilings, but it needs a complete refurbishment. No view at all. 2 small windows opening to small row of backyard. The staff were nice. The bed was good and comfortable, and the breakfast was acceptable.

The room, staff and breakfast was all amazing

Wir haben unser neues Auto, erst 200 km gefahren, in‘s Valet Parking gegeben. Es wurde wortlos mit einem sehr grossen Schaden am Heck, wieder bereitgestellt zur Abreise. Die Hotel Direktorin Frau Gisella Catanzaro war erst nicht anwesend, dann doch und wollte keine Verantwortung über das Valet Parking übernehmen. Das Auto werde gefilmt bei der Übernahme, aber die Aufnahmen werden nach 24 Std. gelöscht. Ihrer Aussage nach müsste bei der Polizei eine Anzeige gemacht werden. Nicht würdig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend.

Grosses Zimmer, leider ohne Aussicht. Klimaanlage ruhig. Dusche WC geräumig aber eher kühl. Rezeption und Personal sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gute Auswahl. Es wurden sogar Frühstücks Cerealien ohne Zucker organisiert. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal beim Frühstück.

Brrakfastbuffet was extensive. But if you wanted an omelet instrad of the prepared scrambled it is an extra charge. But not necessary there are alot of choices

This was indeed a “Grand” hotel. The rooms had been updated and the bathroom was very nice and clean. For those people who want a bunch of counter space in the bathroom…sorry, it not built that way. There is ample storage in the armorie in the bedroom. A five star worthy breakfast is included in your stay…food was excellent. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. We ate there every morning, loved it. While the hotel is centrally located in the busy downtown area, within walking distance of a dozen good restaurants, that location is also a draw back. The traffic is heavy most of the day with car and motorcycle noises abundant. Because there is no onsite parking, you have to valet your vehicle which they park blocks away. There is a half hour lead time necessary to retrieve your car. They do the best the can, but traffic is heavy and curb space by the hotel is limited. Plan accordingly. The front desk staff are multi-lingual and very knowledgeable and helpful. They really made our stay wonderful. We had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel to others coming to Palermo.

Since Palermo is known for its gorgeous architecture, it seemed fitting to stay in a historic hotel. The Wagner is old-school large, beautiful, and gracious. I’m so happy the owners are preserving it. Staff are incredibly welcoming- not “stuffy”. Bar is a dark, cozy space to relax. Breakfast is the best we had in Italy. Robes are so appreciated for the traveler dealing with a limited carryon wardrobe. Location is fantastic for walking to sites, shopping, restaurants… my only request is to have in-room coffee/tea setup.
