Very nice hotel in the center of Piacenza - clean and comfortable and upscale in feel. Lovely rooftop bar with views over the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives were poor WiFi in the room and lack of insulation so noise from the street and neighbouring rooms was an issue. Otherwise hotel was an excellent choice for us.

Ottima posizione per visitare Piacenza, per andare a teatro e per fare shopping! Soggiorno molto breve ma molto piacevole. Interessante l'attività di aperitivo in terrazza all'ultimo piano e anche la colazione con vista è piacevole. Un hotel in cui tornare.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, with the added benefit of its own underground parking. Unfortunately, our room on the sixth level was directly below the restaurant/breakfast saloon. Every morning, we were woken by the noise of staff moving chairs as they prepared the breakfast area. The bed was fitted with a plastic mattress protector, which felt uncomfortable and gave the impression of a much lower-standard hotel. The bathroom had a plastic shower curtain over the bathtub, which felt outdated and was reminiscent of hotels from the 1990s. Breakfast was disappointing, both in terms of variety and quality. Even the bread was stale. Fresh bread is inexpensive and readily available from local bakeries, so this would be an easy improvement that would significantly enhance the guest experience. On the positive side, the staff provided professional and courteous service throughout our stay.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. Both Gabriella and Raffaella on reception were particularly helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was super spacious, clean and fresh due to the AC. Parking is limited and tricky to get in and out as the design of the garage does not make a lot of sense. The 7th floor has a terrace opening in the old buildings of Piacenza. Dinner was great and tasty, Jalel was the maestro of the 7th floor, efficient and funny. Great location for a Piacenza stay.

Das Hotel ist von aussen unscheinbar. Das Restaurant und Bar über den Dächern der Stadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig.

Suite Farnese très bien agencée et superbe literie.Seul bémol situé en desssous du bar restautant. Bruit de chaises et de talons sur le plancher. Impossible de s'endormir avant la fermeture de ces lieux

The staff speaks hardly any English, and does not seem particularly serviceminded or friendly. There is no bodylotion, cream or conditioner available in the bathroom. And there is no where to put the soap in the showerroom - on the floor?! The least appealing part is the thin walls, so you hear far more than you like to from the rooms closest to mine. The breakfast is nice, and so is the breakfastroom 👍

Extended my stay & had to swap rooms as my previous room wasn’t available. The room was in the 6th floor and right under the restaurant which meant I was unable to get to sleep until gone 12am due to all the loud dragging chair noises etc right above me! Then got woken up at 6am with the same noises as they set up the room above for breakfast which then continued all morning. Massive contrast to my first 2 nights in a different room where it was lovely. Will definitely go back to the hotel but not in the last room I ended up in!
