I had a great stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice. The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. It has everything you need on-site, including excellent dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
One thing to note is that the hotel is located across the canal from the main city center, so getting there requires taking a shuttle. While the service is convenient, it can be limiting as the shuttle has a set capacity. I arrived on time for one departure but was told I couldn’t board because it was full, which meant waiting another 40 minutes.
If you don’t mind relying on a shuttle for transport, it’s not a major issue. However, since I was only in Venice for 48 hours, it did cut into the time I wanted to spend exploring the city.
Overall, it's a beautiful property with great amenities, just keep the location and shuttle logistics in mind when planning your trip.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky Hotel. It was a convenient trip from the train station via a water bus. The hotel is quiet and the room was beautiful! The breakfast options were also top notch. While it's not super close to the central area, the hotel provides a water shuttle, which made it convenient to get to eateries and attractions. I highly recommend the hotel.

전형적인 미국식 체인 호텔 느낌!
미국 뉴욕도 아니고 라스베가스 호텔 느낌이었음.
호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 좋았지만 유럽5성급 호텔의 럭셔리한 부티크 느낌은 없었네요.
깔끔하고 합리적이고 실용적인 느낌입니다.
코너스위트에 묵었는데 라디에이터가 없어서 12월 중순 밤에 좀 추웠어요. 25도가 최고 온도였고 (에어컨기능만 있는 공조시스템 같았어요) 25도로 했는데 찬바람이 계솓 나왔네요.....
호텔 설비와 서비스 자체는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 특히 미리 허니문이라고 말씀드렸는데 체크인 하고 보니 사진처럼 손편지와 샴페인 세트를 준비해주셨어요 감동ㅇ었어요!
전망은 (코너스위트 기준) 너무 훌륭했어요. 건너편 섬에 있었다면 가격 몇배는 비쌌을것 같은정도로 좋았어요. 사실 전망이 다 한 숙박이었습니다.
음식 : 사실 전형적인 미국식이라고 느낀건 저녁식사 때문이기도 한데....... 해산물 파스타가..... 이탈리아에서 먹었다고 하기엔 놀랄정도로 별로였어요...... 외국인 요리사가 했을까요? 라자냐와 스테이크는 괜찮은 정도 였어요. 본섬에서 좀 멀어서 하프보드 신청한거 였는데..... 시간걸리더라도 나가서 먹을걸 하고 후회했습니다.
조식은 좋았어요.

시설은 만족하나, 불만사항이 하나 있음.
Extra charge를 보증금 개념으로 처음에 부과함. 체크아웃때 라운지 이용금액 등 정산해주는데, 이런 금액이 extra charge에서 빠지고 남은 금액을 환불해줌. 그런데 셔틀버스비용 이용하지 않았으나 청구되었음. 확인하지 않을경우 추가 부과될 수 있었음. 확인 없이 추가되어 있었음.
미니바 이용금액보다 많이 부과되었으나 자동부과인지 뭔지 체크아웃 해주는 사람이 모른다고 하여 그냥 돈 내야했음.
차액을 10일 내에 취소처리 해준다 했으나 10일이 지났음에도 아직도 처리 안됨.

This property is just breathtaking the views from the roof top. I have stayed here many times, and it always holds up to the name. My room was smaller than I have ever had at this property, yet it was very nice.

Very clean and staff was very accomadating,Mattio from breakfast service was so polite ,respectfull and so helpfull,
Allicia and Jesse was great, and the guy couldnt get his name,(thin build blue eyes)doing the Hilton boat shuttle service needs an applause for his service on picking up and dropping the customers off.
