I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine.
I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance. I just started over ordering during the first I retraction so I didn’t need them to come again.

Mimmo was at reception. He was helpful and friendly. He helped us with directions and assisted us in getting food when we arrived late in the evening.

The front desk staff was so helpful, kind and polite. They ordered my family a taxi to the Naples airport 3 separate times (due to us changing our minds and flight changes) and were never annoyed or rude about it. They were very professional and polite. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and convenient to other locations. The bathroom in the room needs a little more cleaning and drain. Water would not go down. Other than that would definitely stay again.
