스프링이 느껴지는 침대와 바퀴벌레가 기어다니는 조식식당... 위치는 좋은 편이었지만 가격대비 실망스러웠다.

Very friendly and helpful host. She'll give you a tourist map while describe and circling points of interest. Excellent location a short 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station which also has 2 lines of Metro which makes going to Vatican and many other places convenient. While you'll be walking a hundred kilometers for hours on end each day to explore, this hotel location at the public transport hub makes a DIY trip very doable. No need for a taxi from the main train station after getting airport train or leaving on another train for next stop. No breakfast or coffee, but that is a short walk such as McDonald's where you can get a coffee for 1.5 Euro. Nice budget option to help us make Rome a more budget friendly adventure.

Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. I could not believe that she doesn’t keep records of who paid, and treats customers like that. Also, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, hotels.com has incorrect information because breakfast is not provided. Rooms are old, outdated, but it’s a good location. I would advise to find a hotel in similar location, just not this one.

One building 3 hotel wi fi not working

Maria and her staff were excellent! Our room was in the condos across the street from the hotel. Very secure. Very italian, which i like.

В Риме были в первый раз, останавливались в отеле на 4 суток. Большое спасибо Светлане!!! Отношение к гостям прекрасное!!! Все объяснила, рассказала, нужен чайник - дала, после завтрака с собой пакет собрала! Белье и полотенца меняют каждый день, надо было 2 покрывала и 2 простыни, пожалуйста, для 2 звезд - впечатляет! Отель рядом с вокзалом, 3 минуты, везде, кроме Ватикана, ходили пешком. Сам отель требует ремонта, но все работает, температуру в комнате ставите сами. Наша поездка была экскурсионная, и мы обошли очень много достопримечательностей, благодаря удачному месторасположению. Рядом большой супермаркет, есть оферты по многим товарам. Единственный минус - это завтрак континентальный, выпечка, хлопья, нет каши, сыра. Но общее впечатление это не испортило. Еще раз спасибо Светлане, зарегистрировала на рейс- онлайн и распечатала билеты, а то пришлось бы в аэропорту платить 30 евро, у кого не было распечаток, отправляли их делать.

Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Ein Frühstücksbuffet ist vorhanden, was nicht unbedingt üblich in Rom ist.

The breakfast is minimal at best and only from 8 to 10AM. We booked a quadruple room and they cheated and gave us a double after we prepaid. The elevator is so small, even 2 people and a couple of bags would not fit. The bathroom door did not close and opening back fully, giving us zero privacy. The window in the bathroom was broken and fully open and when it rained the whole bathroom got flooded. Worst off all, when we mentioned these issues to the manager, he got all upset and in a very belligerent way demanded to know “so, what’s the problem”? We had a fantastic 8 days in Italy, but this hotel was the ONLY blemish. We ran out after 2 days and found a much nicer hotel just a block away on Principe Amedeo. Run away from this trash can of a hotel.

Location was handy considering Termini station was close. It was quite loud, you could hear everything from the hallway so recommending ear plugs. Didn't get receipt of the city tax which was paid on arrival, so almost had to pay it again when checking out because the staff didn't communicate with each other. The wifi was good. Breakfast would have cost 5 euros, so didn't have it. There was no problem with storing the luggage after check out. The hotel is doable if you only go there to sleep.

The hotel is located close to the station, with restaurants and some locally owned shops close. The front desk was extremely helpful to us, answering and making phone calls where required. We enjoyed our stay

We had paid a full rate for similar rooms in the area. We got there 8:00 PM and they say that we had to call if got there so late ??? But if we do not show up we had to pay anyway. THEREFORE I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL!. They put me in a Hostal type with a common bathroom (bathroom for several people) Therefore I need a refund from you. Also: I had to leave a sample (stone) for somebody to pick up on Monday. They refuse and insisted. They took it but they throw away the sample. There is NO hotel in the world that will do that. These Italians do not have the sense of customer service. I request that you call them and stop doing business with them

Abbiamo soggiornato in due in questo hotel per un solo giorno. L'accoglienza alla reception è stato ottima e tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibilissimo. Il primo disappunto lo indirizzo al fatto che la camera era distaccata dall'hotel, immediatamente accanto, dentro un cortile in un palazzone fatiscente dove all'interno si trovano probabilmente ad altri piani anche altre camere di altri hotel. La camera al terzo piano della struttura è risultata molto piccola, curata nei particolari ma trascurata. Il bagno molto piccolo aveva lo scarico guasto, necessitavano circa tre ore perché si riempiisse la vaschetta dell'acqua. La TV non funzionava causa lo spinotto dell'antenna rotto. La tenda era mezza strappata, il materasso probabilmente sfondato. Nell'armadio due casseforti entrambi non funzionanti. La stanza poi non era particolarmente pulita, anzi... Una nota positiva certamente la colazione, compresa nel prezzo, ricca e sostanziosa. Se tornassi a Roma tornerei in questo hotel solo a condizione che mi venisse data una camera migliore e situata all'interno dell'hotel.
