호텔 87 에이티 세븐

예약할때 별관 본관이 따로있다는 글을 못봤는데, 별관예약됨. 별관은 그리멀지 않지만 오래된아파트에 방이 있다고 보면됨 덕분에 조식 체크인 체크아웃 불편함 로마특성상 건물이 오래돼서 별관은 4성 호텔에 맞지않는 시설을 볼수있을거임 막상들어가면 싱글룸치고는 굉장히 크고 깔끔함 룸 컨디션만좋음

엄청 청결하고 주변에 명소가 많음 아침 조식은 깔끔하고 빵 종류가 많아 좋았으면 머신 커피가 맛있었어요

지하철역과 가깝지만 오래도록 운행하지 않는 역이라 거리상 이점은 그리 크지 않습니다. 도보로 다니기는 괜찮으나 전체적으로 봤을때 떼르미니역 근처가 더 좋은 듯 합니다 조식은 나쁘지 않으나 스탭들이 그렇게 친절한 편은 아닙니다. 방은 굉장히 좁은 편으로 2인 기준 캐리어 펼쳐 사용하기 다소 꽉찹니다.

방 엄청작고 직원들 친절함도 그저그래요

로마 시내에 위치해서 바티칸을 제외하고 모든 관광지들을 걸어다닐 수 있어서 참 좋았어요. 일찍 나가야해서 조식 못먹는다니까 종이봉투에 몇가지 담아서 주시더라구요~ 직원분들도 친절하시고 편안하게 이용하고 갑니다.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel 87 during our honeymoon in Rome, as we had previously stayed here several times and always enjoyed the property. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. At check-in, we later realized we had accidentally booked a room in the annex building, which is a few minutes’ walk from the main hotel. When we brought our concerns to the front desk, the staff member named Red was extremely rude and dismissive. He spoke to us disrespectfully and even rolled his eyes during the conversation. On our third night, our room was not cleaned. We left the room at 4:00 pm and specifically informed the housekeeping staff that they could service it. When we returned at 5:00 pm, the room had still not been cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask about this, and once again Red was dismissive and aggressive in his tone. He accused us of lying about leaving the room, which was both upsetting and unprofessional. The interaction became very heated, and I ultimately checked out early, leaving in tears. This experience was especially disappointing given that this was our honeymoon and that we had been loyal returning guests. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

La mia esperienza è stata negativa esclusivamente riguardo la camera che non mi è costata poco e negativo anche il direttore Dell Hotel che si è scaricato. Le colpe dando la colpa al sito che ho prenotato ma Lui da dirigente della struttura avrebbe dovuto. Accontentarmi ripeto si parla del costo di un Hotel a 4 stelle una camera singola piccolissima sicuramente faceva parte di un appartamento di quello hotel pensate la tenda mi cadeva sul letto non avendo lo spazio x cadere più giù ho. Dormito con la stessa sul mio letto... Immaginate la polvere bagno piccolissimo. No finestra con uno scalino pericoloso e di fronte un pilastro di ferro che cadendo. Eventualmente sullo stesso uscendo dal bagno. Magari con i piedi bagnati non avendo spazio. Cadendo e urtandovi vi faccio immaginare cosa potrebbe succedere ho recensito esattamente come avevo. Promesso al direttore dicendo. Il giusto. Quindi niente n accettate mai questa camera se dovreste decidere di soggiornare in questo hotel x il resto nel. Complesso posso dire solo. Bene escluso chi. Mi ha accolto in portineria il. Primo. Giorno e la camera scadente che non si. Può offrire ad un prezzo. Così in un 4 stelle del. Personale tutto ecc posso solo fare elogi.

Terrible all terrible stiff bed Worst hotel in 20 years

On nous avait relocalisé dans un bâtiment, situé à 100m de l’hôtel 87, sans que ce ne soit clair, au moment de la réservation. Ce bâtiment ne ressemblait pas aux photos montrés sur le site de Expedia. La douche donnait directement sur la chambre, ce qui n’est pas optimal, lorsque l’on voyage avec un enfant et les employés de l’hôtel semblait détaché de notre problématique. Bref, nous avions réservé dans un hôtel 4* et je n’avais pas le sentiment que c’était le cas.

Room was more than we dreamed of. Clean, aesthetically pleasing, AND a little balcony where I sat and read a book for a bit. Staff was very kind and helpful.

La chambre était propre, le personnel, très agréable, nous a accompagné jusqu'à la chambre avec nos bagages.

I struggled with this hotel, apparently I should have done more research before booking. When booking I made sure they offered parking, because we had a rental car. When we arrived, they offered no parking. I pulled up the information on the site, which said onsite parking, plus valet parking. They said sorry no. Which led us to parking a couple miles away, for a cost of $100 euros. Then he said he had no room for us in the hotel, but had a room in their annex building. Ok, this was down the street. Had to drive on a restricted road to unload the luggage, mind you no help from the staff. Annex room was like staying in a in an old Italian building apartment, elevator was old and limited on weight. ( about 400 lbs) it would beep if we were over weight. Hmmm. No dessert tonight! Room was clean, small but clean, air conditioning was great, bed was hard and uncomfortable- woke up with back pain and stiff in the mornings. Had to walk down the street to the hotel for breakfast. Just an odd experience. Maybe staying in the hotel would have been better.

From the moment we arrived in Rome we asked the hotel more than 24 hours before to arrange early check in and airport pick up. The person I spoke to twice confirmed each time and asked me to email him my flight info. We waited half an hour and called the hotel to ask if they were on their way and the person I spoke to said there was nothing arranged nor any mention of us asking for anything. There was a lot of back and forth where I mentioned I was celebrating my engagement and we had been travelling for 2 full days from Miami until I ended it asking him if he expected us to order our own uber and go to the hotel at 1:30am and wait until check in at 3pm because that was my understanding from him and he said yeah you have no other option and then you can speak to my manager in the morning. After finally getting help from Expedia we made it to the hotel at 5am and the same person who answered the phone earlier was also the person at reception. He was giving us an attitude from the moment I mentioned that I was the person he spoke to earlier. He barely wanted to help us and it might be the sleep deprivation at that moment but when I would speak to him he rolled his eyes before answering. He eventually told us where we could stay and wait until someone got us if there was an early check in. At that point my fiancé decided to sacrifice his sleep to stay up because we knew he would help us, but he never did. Instead he went home and failed to mention there was a room available

La ubicación es Excelente por lo cerca de plaza de España.. el personal muy atento..

We got the annex building which had a very old lift it was tough to move with stroller.

Ich kenne das Hotel von einem Aufenthalt von vor 8 Jahren. Leider ist ein Umbau/Ausbau „Spa & Gym“ erfolgt was den Charme des Hotels stark beeinträchtigt hat. Zum einen ist der Spa Bereich auf einen Whirlpool beschränkt zum anderen ist der Gym Bereich eine zusammengewürfelte Geräte Anzahl und ähnelt eher einen Abstellraum. Früher war in diesem Bereich die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum. Insofern schade, dass der einstige Charme durch den Umbau zerstört wurde um einen 4. Stern zu erhalten.
