교통이 편리하고 숙박시설이 편리함 관광하기도 좋고 주위의환경도 좋음 직원의 진철하고 아침식사도 만족함

그냥 딱 이성급이였어요 계단 올라가야하는데 짐 무거우신분들ㅎㅎ가지마세요ㅎㅎㅎ조식도 먹는곳 엄청 좁아요 근데 뭐...그냥 그랬어요ㅋㅋㅋ다신 안가요

위치는 리알토다리옆으로 좋았지만 가격적인 측면에서 이정도여야하나 싶어요 그렇지만 베니스가 다그런것 같습니다 서비스는 그냥 무난했습니다. 조식도 작은호텔치고 여러가지 잘구비되어있어서 잘먹었네요

주요 관광지에서 가까운 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 친절한 직원분도 계셨고 무뚝뚝한 직원분도 있었습니다. 와이파이가 유료라는 점과 방음이 좀 안된다는 점이 아쉬움~

리알토 다리에서 도보 4~5분 거리에 위치해 있어서 매우 편리했다. 산 마르코 광장과도 가까운 편. 하지만 본섬의 복잡한 골목길을 표지판을 보고 잘 찾아가야 한다. 고풍스러운 저택을 개조한 호텔로 좁긴 하지만 안락하고 프런트 데스크의 서비스도 좋은 편이다. 호텔 바로 앞에 작은 광장과 다리, 곤돌라가 지나다니므로 낭만적이다. 리알토 다리 아래편으로는 공항으로 가는 배편(알리구아나) 승차장도 있다.

At first, it was hard to find, like most hotels in Venezia. But its location is near to all the places to go, San Marco, Rialto, etc... Staffs were very kind and helpful. I'll stay here again if I visit Venezia someday.

Recommend to stay here 100% ! It’s in a good location to walk to St Marks & Ponte di Rialto! From train station St Lucia to here is a 28 min walk. It’s close to shops & the canals pass right outside to get a gondola.

Väldigt förvirrande att checka in, ingen personal vid varken in checkkonto eller ut checkning. Rummet för två personer hade en 90 säng så det va väldigt obekvämt.

The hotel is really well located for Piazza San Marco, about 5 minutes walk. Also nearby Rialto bridge, with added value of a boat stop that gets you to the train station or the Marco Polo airport. Housekeeping was done every day despite the hotel initially saying this would not be. Room and bathroom were relatively small. The big issue is the lack of communication by the hotel and the incorrect info provided. We messaged them several weeks in advance with some questions but never got a response. They only messaged a day in advance about our arrival time (which we had already messaged them about). At the estimated arrival time they message me to get passport info before giving us access codes - that should be done way earlier of course as now we wait for something for no reason. We could not find the hotel as the instructions were not sufficiently clear: they did not pick up my WhatsApp calls but only messaged "what my question is". Never a response on my questions on how to get to the hotel - another tourist had to help us. Most important: they claim to have luggage storage but do not. I asked several times over WhatsApp how to leave luggage but got no response. Finally calling their general number resulted in a rude person. My WhatsApp message afterwards got a quick response of 'no luggage storage' which is ridiculous - now we had to spend money elsewhere which was unexpected (we got the hotel also for these kind of services!).

Très chaud en été (pas d'air climatisé et seulemrnt un tout petit ventilateur). Douche et salle de bain mal conçu et très petites. Personne ne nous a répondu à l'arrivée donc nous étions pris à l'extérieur du bâtiments. Pas possible de laisser nos valises la journée du départ.

Les indications pour le "chek in" n'étaient pas claires donc, à notre arrivée, la porte était barrée et on a dû attendre qu'un client sorte pour entrer

This property has bed bugs. It is awful. It looks cute and clean when you go in, but prepare for the worst night of your life. We were in room 107.

J’aimerai être rembourser nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel avec 2 enfants à minuit . Les lits , les murs infectés de punaises de lit . Horrible les punaises cavalaient sur les draps coussins couverture.

loved our stay. The room was bigger than expected with the canal view.

Unusually check in and out, however we have been take care of. Original venetian building. Stayed 2 nights - we liked it.
