너무좋았어요 베니스 본섬에서도 지내봤는데 본섬은 비싸기만 하고 그냥 그랬는데 여긴 가격도 저렴하고 청결하고 넓고 위치해 있는 마을도 편안하고 다 좋았어요!

공항에서 45번 버스타면 20분 걸려요 직원은 친절하지만 방음이 전혀 안되고 객실은 청결하나 냉장고없고 개미랑 모기가 있네요 조식은 간단히 빵 시리얼 등이 있으나 맛은 없어요 베네치아까지 16번 버스로 15분 걸리고 밤 늦게까지 4번 버스가 호텔 앞으로 지나가요

조용한 시골동네에 위치하고 있어서 아늑하고 편안하게 있다가 왔습니다. 베네치아 본섬에는 버스편으로 15분 정도 거리이고, 인근에 상점들이 있어서 편리합니다. 베네치아 본섬의 비싼 숙소보다 오히려 아기자기한 마을에서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다.

There was no wifi as advertised. I asked like 100 times and receptionist kept saying “I told the manager to fix the internet” but nothing happened. I had to buy a SIM card to connect to internet and I filed a complaint at the hotel asking for a refund part of what I paid. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport and it has wifi and tv. Tv also doesn’t work and they said that’s because there is no internet.

L'hotel era nel complesso discreto. Il check-in, però, è stato piuttosto impersonale e la colazione, pur essendo accettabile, non era davvero all'altezza del prezzo. Nel complesso comunque l'hotel era in ordine. Tuttavia, la prima accoglienza ha lasciato a desiderare. Nel complesso una valutazione nella media.

I specifically booked the hotel because of its close proximity to the airport since i have a very early flight. I asked the receptionist if the airport is open 24 hrs and what taxi we can get, he doesnt know.. he also dont know how many minutes the hotel is from the airport.. overall, not very helpful at all because lack of knowledge on these things. Another receptionist was on duty when we were checking out, we went down to the front and nobody was there even if i rang the bell. The guy took a while to go to the reception area. They claim to have receptionist help 24/7 but not true. The door just automatically opens outside so it was scary to be there when its very early and dark and nobody to assist you if someone comes in.. Also their claim for luggage storage was not true. They just let you leave your bags in front by the door wherein anybody can just come in. No secured luggage storage so beware.. and sometimes the receptionist leaves their post so the front can be unattended...

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is location on the bus route and the tram is just a 1-2 minutes walk- 15 minutes to Venice City Center. The hotel can definitely use improvements and improved amenities. The hotel Need to ensure to create DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. I didn't like the idea of the receptionist collecting your key on departure. Oh this hotel does not offer room service or have a restaurant.. no pool

Good for the price and very close to airport, however shower flooded the bathroom regardless of the glass door, wifi didn’t really work, and the sheets were itchy.

Stuck in the airport at a late hour, got a nice clean cool room and great coffee in the morning for very good value. We were pleasantly surprised Thank you

The rooms are new and quite nice in appearance and functionality. The deck area is a small, shared space and for some reason they only offer one pillow for the bed. The proprietors were friendly but one doesn't really need to interact with them to check in and out. The location is close enough to Ortisei. There was construction next door but it wasn't a bother. I could hear people getting up in the morning but road noise was not an issue. I would stay here again.

We arrived very late and at the reception they treated us very badly. There is rust on all bathroom equipment. We had cockroaches in both rooms we reserved

Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien.

Que dire ? - La moitié du personnel agréable - une chambre pas propre - la douche qui tombe à moitié - un cafard ! Et on trouve cela normal 😓
