호텔 베야비스타

6/11 1박을 했는데 직원분이 친절하게 설명도 해주시고 좋은 식사장소와 관광장소를 추천해주셔서 200% 카프리에서 만족하고 왔습니다. 카프리 섬을 또 가게된다면 벨라비스타를 다시 이용할겁니다

Great location. Good breakfast.

All the staff was amazing and we had such a great stay at this hotel.

This hotel was truly a Bella vista—inside and out! Our balcony overlooked the sea and Mt. Vesuvius, and was both secluded and private. The room was much nicer than the pictures on the listing—it’s usually the opposite! Even the bathroom was clean, which I don’t unusually find. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and filling.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. We had an issue that wasn’t their fault and they got involved and fixed it for us.

Hotel bem localizado, recepção muito competente e um destaque especial para Francesca. Ficamos na suíte com uma vista excepcional. Café da manhã bem variado. Recomendo a estadia neste hotel, ressaltando apenas o funcionamento do ar condicionado e ainda necessidade de instalação urgente de barras de proteção dentro da banheira, pois o piso é muito escorregadio, podendo causar graves acidentes.

The location was convenient and the staff were warm and friendly, willing to assist you with whatever questions or issues you may have.

Place with nice view but without used potential. Needs upgrade in the rooms, bathrooms , service and area around the building. Hotel has no shuttle service so bus or taxi is the only way to get to the Capri village. Breakfast very poor but you can order to the room. Hotel personel was very nice and helpful.

Hôtel petit et très mignon avec un emplacement idéal. Le petit déjeuné est complet avec une belle vue sur la mer. Pour finir le personnel est vraiment sympa !

Disappointing Experience – No Air Conditioning and Poor Response I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite the high temperatures during our visit, the room had no air conditioning. When we asked the staff to help improve the temperature, they brought us a dirty fan and told us the temperature was controlled outside the room and there was nothing else they could do. This lack of comfort and unwillingness to resolve the issue left us no choice but to leave the hotel early, cutting our plans short and skipping our stay in Capri altogether. For the price we paid and the expectations for accommodations in Capri, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re comfortable with poor ventilation, no climate control, and unhelpful service

We had an amazing stay! The most helpful and friendly staff on our entire trip, a breathtaking view, and a fresh and beautiful hotel. Would choose again when we come back!

Arriving at Hotel BellaVista is dreamlike... not only is this city everything you ever expected and more, but the views from this hotel are captivating! The staff here is like no other. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed... The girl at the desk answered every and any question or concern we had about the city or tours... not to mention she herself lugged our luggage to the room! When we arrived, our room was prestine. The location of our hotel was perfect! It allowed us to step outside and in minutes be part of restaurants, shopping and so much more! The next morning we awoke to an amazing free breakfast. The lady was so nice and made the best cappuccino! I am going to miss slowing down (from the rush of everyday life) and sitting on that balcony as I savored those moments! Thank you for making this vacation so special and memorable for us!

Friendly staff. Great location, away from the crowds in Capri. Close to bus stops to Capri and ferries.
