침대 시트 및 타월, 화장실 위생상태가 매우 안좋았으며, 계단 오르내리는 사람들 발소리가 너무 생생하게 들려서 잠을 잘 수가 없었다. 아침식사도 그냥 그랬음.

두오모에서 걸어서 3분이면 충분하고 역까지는 걸어서 15분정도면 충분합니다. 번화가와 조금 떨어져 있지만 밤에도 많은 사람들이 걸어다니는 길이라 안전에 문제는 없습니다. 프론트도 친절하고 식사도 평이하지만 괜찮았습니다.

La chambre que j'ai eu ne correspond pas réellement aux photos dans l'annonce. Pour trouver la chambre il faut parcourir plusieurs couloirs. La salle de bain était étroite presque 0,70cm x 0,50cm en plus la douchette était défectueuse. J'ai demandé qu'ils me change la chambre mais malheureusement réponse négative. Bref cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles, 2 étoiles c'est assez. J'ai voulu ajouter des photos que j'ai prise mais l'application ne le permet pas.

Great location! This service was amazing. Check in was easy and they were very helpful with places to see and transportation. We had a continental breakfast that was delivered in the morning and was excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Al principio da una buena impresión con sus nuevos ascensores. Pero las pésimas habitaciones no se parecían en nada a las fotos, habitaciones sucias y polvorientas, el aire acondicionado no funciona, encontré uñas de personas en la cama de la habitación y también en el suelo. No volvería.

Room looked nothing like the pictures. False advertisement. No hot water. Annoying staff and policies, insisting you leave them your key every time you go in and or of the hotel. Never saw this anywhere else. Also insisting on you paying *cash* for 21€ arbitrary “city tax” with no paper receipt. Threatened to call the police and hold on my luggage if I did not pay cash (I wanted to pay by card). Overall fantastic location, terrible management. Parking Michalengelo just underneath was 5-stars, these guys are professionals, fantastic service (not associated with the hotel)

Excelente ubicacion en el centro de Florencia, a solo 8 minutos caminando de la estacion de tren lo cual es muy conveniniente, el centro se encuentra a 4 minutos y hay muchas opciones de comida y tiendas de ropa, area muy segura y con mucho por ver, el personal del hotel siempre fue muy atento y ayudo en todo momento durante la estancia

This hotel is in the center of walkable attractions like Duomo, Statue of David, and Central Market. From the railroad station, a taxi can be between 22 and 28 euros to the hotel, depending on time of day and traffic. There are two small two-person elevator lifts: One from the street to the first floor reception, and one from the first floor to the fourth floor. City tax was paid upfront in cash at check-in. Reception staff was friendly. Rooms were OK, Breakfast was OK in a nice dining area. No pastries. Housekeeping is insistent on changing your towels and making up your bed. Any garbage not in the trash bin will not be picked up. Other than that, nice hotel.
