Very clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most spoke some or very good English.
The centre of town is a short walk away with a large selection of shops and restaurants.Breakfast at the hotel was adequate with a good selection.
The hotel has secure off road car parking which is a bonus if you don't understand the on street parking arrangements
I would definitely stay there again

This was a real surprise since the hotel is situated on a corner of a fairly busy street. However once through the vehicle entrance you found a quadrangle which accommodated a number of buildings including the restaurant 'La Torre'. The hotel reception was very welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious size and the matrmoniale bed very comfortable. The bathroom[shower only] was large with an 'open' shower. There was enough space for a cubicle and that would have suited us better! The restuarant was excellent with a very good menu and wine list. All in all we had a most pleasant one night stay and would be very happy to back there in future.

Hotel un po' datato, ma ben tenuto e funzionale per la sua posizione a Casale Monferrato. Costo ok, non economico, ma in loco non c'è grande offerta. Tutto sommato ci tornerei.

The staff was very friendly. The surroundings of the hotel are very nice.
The hotel room boring and not inspiring at all. The bed felt cold and damp it seemed the heating was completely closed.

Grande et propre salle de bain.
Présence de moustique et quelques tracesde toiles d'araignées sur le plafond.
Bien que nous étions en Octobre, la climatisation aurais dû être en fonctionnement.

Hotel antiquato in tutto. Posso capire gli arredi che possono piacere o meno ma il tutto dovrebbe allora avere un equilibrio e non mettere un frigobar nel mezzo della camera a fare da porta televisione. Inoltre se l'arredo può essere considerato vintage la moquet è solo "vecchia" e andrebbe cambiata. La colazione infine è ridotta all'osso anche se capisco che la zona forse è un po decentrata ma quando ho comunicato al cliente che avrei pernottato qui mi ha detto che sarei andato nell'albergo VIP ma purtroppo non è stato così.

Si tratta di un hotel piacevole, comodo da raggiungere, dotato di un bel parcheggio. La stanza era comoda, ampia e luminosa, accogliente per i mobili di arte povera ma con un televisore vecchio. Non e' possibile avere il servizio in camera alla sera, neppure un te caldo.

Casale Monferrato è una città gradevole e, se si sa organizzarsi, anche interessante sotto l'aspetto storico.
E' consigliata a persone con la volontà di lunghe camminate e non troppo
giovani(anzi meglio se di mezza età, meglio ancora se in pensione) con
voglia di godere di ottimi ristiranti.
