Hotel Castel Vecchio

체크인부터 리셉션이 너무 친절하고 허니문인 우리를 배려하고 챙겨주는 것이 만족스러웠던 호텔. 방 화장실에 물이 넘쳤는데, 바로 방을 바꿔주고 대처도 빨랐습니다 ㅎㅎ 유일하게 조금 아쉬웠던 것이 있다면 조식입니다.

I visited as part of a wedding party. They did a good job of accomodating all of us. It's an old place and the room was not sound proofed. There's some nice old furniture and the view over the lake is lovely.

This beautiful hotel was quite the find walking distance to museums and gardens. Great service; incredible breakfast overlooking the lake. Room was plain however the bed was very comfortable. Pool available. If driving car you have to maneuver into parking lot up ramp but once in you will get the hang of it!

Im not one to leave negative reviews. However they were not only rude they made me rent a whole other room for my 11yr old and 10MONTH old! Not to mention we stayed there due to a flight change and we would be there less than 8hrs!!! They did not help me heat wayer for baby and thier amenities were none even kitchen/restaurant was closed. Had to walk into town up and down hills if we wanted anything. I could not believe how rude they were!! The sheets smelled AWFUL and so did towels. Would not recommend!

Nice property but not much to do in this town. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant which was dissapointing and the pool is closed for most of the day.

Small room, even smaller shower, unpleasant lighting, mixed furniture, very noisy, restaurant closed, in no way 4 stars.

Wij werden bij aankomst heel vriendelijk ontvangen, wat een heerlijke plek is dit. Het uitzicht was adembenemend, het hotel bijzonder en prachtig, de gastvrouw die ook aanwezig was een hele lieve en zorgzame dame die ons verblijf onvergetelijk heeft gemaakt, en ook het personeel was echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam , wij hebben met z’n 4tjes afgesproken nogmaals terug te komen, Dankjewel, Jennifer, Harry, Elyor en Noah

The view from this hotel is breathtaking! Although it is less than an hour from the amenities of Rome, the hotel area is very peaceful and quiet. A strip of amazing restaurants is a short 10 minute walk away and we greatly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace.

The room was great. It was in the medieval part of town in an old building with the original walls and structure, although updated and clean. The host, Carlo, was very nice and helpful. Breakfast the next day was very good, and we enjoyed our stay there very much and I would recommend a stay there to anyone visiting the area for a wonderful experience.

Hôtel vieillot, mobilier désuet, poubelle non vidée dans la sdb. Pas de recharge de papier toilette. Du bruit et des travaux dans la chambre voisine l’après midi. Pas de serviettes pour la piscine petite et sans ombre.Une poivrière cassée sur la table du petit dej. Très limite pour le prix d’un 4 étoiles. Prestation ne correspond pas au prix

Väldigt vacker location men poolen var fylld med flugor/ insekter och vårt rum var tråkigt och kalt med utsikt över parkering, trots få gäster.

Amazing place!! Such a beautiful hotel that is down the street from the best restaurants and small town!!

Unfortunately, this is not a four-star hotel. - There is no shampoo, conditioner or other basic toiletries in the bathroom. - There is an outlet that works to charge your phone, the other two are broken. - There are silverfish running along the wall. - Even though we put up the do not disturb sign, they went in and cleaned and moved our things, threw our clothes in a pile, etc. - There is no shade by the pool. - The breakfast consists of sugary cereals, mini baguette from the freezer in the grocery store, melon, bacon and some kind of mini omelette that tastes nothing. You make coffee yourself in a bad machine. Shocking for a country where coffee is important. Good things: - The view – kind stuff In summary, they do the minimum possible to keep the hotel running. I emailed them before and wrote that we celebrated our first wedding anniversary, because we got married in Rome the year before. But they didn't care about that at all either. I have stayed in many four star hotels around the world but also in Rome and Italy, this hotel is a maximum of 2.5 star. We paid a lot of money for four nights and unfortunately it really wasn't worth it at all.

Hyggeligt hotel med en fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed. En dejlig morgenmad, hvor man dog godt kunne ønske sig et større udvalg af brød. Nemt og billigt at tage toget til Rom centrum, fra den nærtliggende station. Vi besøger gerne hotellet igen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
