Staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Excellent service. Hotel clean. Surrounding area appeared safe but dirty and sad to see such an historical city covered in graffiti and garbage. Sadly seems like most of Sicily is covered in trash bags and plastic bottles. Might help to clean it up. For health reasons

Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et pleins de bons conseils. Ils prennent le temps de donner les endroits à voir et les restaurants dans les environs où bien manger. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas très loin du centre.

Nice quiet room with a renovated bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good, with warm scrambled eggs and bacon as a bonus, in addition to a large variety of other items. Front desk staff are extremely helpful as well! Thanks
