호텔 쇼팽

다음날 일찍 공항에 가기 위해 예약한 호텔이어서 별로 기대하지 않았지만 호텔이 아니라 싸구려 여관느낌이었다. 호텔 본관건물이 아니라 옆의 다른 여관으로 보이는 건물로 우리를 데려갔다. 룸에는 싸구려 향수냄새에 심하게 나고 침대는 매트리스조차 없이 철제스프링이 그대로 느껴지는 침대여서 편한함과는 거리가 멀었다.

Se encontraba muy cerca del aeropuerto pero muy lejos de todos los lugares turísticos y los taxis muy caros. Pero en general bien tomando en cuenta el precio que pagamos por una noche. Muy atento el personal nos apoyaron resguardando nuestro equipaje hasta nuestro regreso de la ciudad, porque llegamos antes del check in.

Hi, not as close to the FCO ,its a 30 euros UBER (not taxi) 30 extra going back.. Not a restaurant on a sunday was upsolutly nothing to eat other that a 10 dollar small cheese pizza. Nothing close by...expensive and remote...

The hotel’s facilities are subpar. The shower is spacious enough to accommodate a toddler. The bathroom is compact, and the shower is exceptionally small, making it impractical for use. The hotel charges an additional fee for each occupant. Despite booking a room for three, we were allocated a room for four. When we added a toddler, the hotel increased the charge, even though we had already set a price.

We were a group of 13 traveling together. We booked 4 rooms. The only things I can say that are positive are that the rooms were clean, there was a shuttle to get us to and from the airport and it was cheap. However, there were so many negatives. First, there was no information on where to pick up the shuttle. We came in on the Leonardo Express. The phone number on the listing would not connect and no additional information was provided on how to contact them. A message to the hotel was sent earlier in the day the went unanswered. We only found a number that worked by using an AI search. This took us at least 45 minutes and we were starting to think we wouldn't find a number. Second, the property looked very run down. There are pictures on the listing, but the place was more run down in person. Third, two of the four rooms smelled absolutely awful. There was a major sewer smell coming from those bathrooms. It was almost unbearable. We were only there for 8 hours, so we all just suffered through. Finally, the bed only had a sheet and an old bedspread for covers - the type of bedspread that never gets washed. I didn't want to think about how disgusting those bedspread were. I have stayed in many places that were older, but maintained. This place did not give off those vibes. This is probably one of the worst places I've stayed.

Booked it here and when we arrived at 2am they made us walk to their "sister" property 2 blocks away on a pitch black streets with 5 suitcases and gave us a room right next to the metal gate that everyone else was using to enter the grounds. EVERY SINGLE TIME anyone open and slammed that metal gate shut it rang like a bell thus making it a sleepless night for all 3 of us. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! And overall Italians attitude is you get what you pay for so putting it mildly they do not give rat's behind because you're "just a tourist" never coming back so take it and shove it where sun don't shine. That pretty much goes for everywhere and everything we've done. They want you to pay for everything as much as they can squeeze out of you just because I'm a tourist never coming back...

Staff was kind and professional. Hotel was adequate but not close to city or transportation. Expensive to take taxi to town. Worth the money, but I'd spend more to stay in town. This staff made it wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at the Chopin and even went back a second time. The rooms were clean and well kept and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy. You want a vehicle if staying there, but you are 5 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from Ostia and the water. Ostia is beautiful and full of nightlife. 30 minutes from roma centro. We would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends

This is a very low grade hotel. The breakfast was a particular low point. Just beware of what you're getting - only book if very cheap.
