시설은 깨끗하고 전반적으로 서비스도 굿. 전망이 안좋아서 추가비용 30유로 내고 바닷가쪽으로 바꿈. 체크아웃시 여권을 돌려주는 것을 잊어서 나중에 택시로 추가비용내고 전달받음.

사진보고 선택하면 큰일남 숙소내에 두가지 건물이 있어서 싼 방은 후문을 나가서 모텔보다 못한 이상한 건물 속 방에서 자야함 별거 아닌데 수영장 등 지나가다가 엘레베이터도 없는 건물 올라가다보면 기분 이상함

Great spot for a trip to Sorrento!

Had an amazing stay here for my birthday. Great location and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good too. Would happily return again.

The room was great except one of the amenities that we paid for for the room, the jacuzzi was empty and did not work properly.

Clean and very easy to visit the main dining and shopping areas, very walkable

The front desk receptionist were very unhelpful and seemed very unwelcoming all throughout our stay. Everyone didn’t seem to help or care if we where there our not

Fantastic location. We booked a last minute holiday and booked the "budget room" so wasnt expecting much, but it was fabulous. Plenty of space, clean, comfortable and had large doors to open up and enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast was fantastic. Not the hotels fault, we stayed beginning of September and the pool only got sun to approx. 3pm, and that was only certain sunloungers. We left to go to the (paid) beach on the days we wanted to enjoy the sun.

The room was extremely dirty, even after being cleaned—it remained dusty with a lot of uncollected rubbish. Although the hotel provides a kettle, there were no tea or coffee supplies, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lift was slow to arrive, often forcing us to take the stairs. Considering the price, we expected a much better experience.

Lovely service from Marco who looked after us tremendously. Pool area was busy but we had a large terrace and hot tub outside with our room so it was no problem for us. Excellent location near old town. Thank you Conca Park

Conca Park was absolutely gorgeous- I am still dreaming about sipping spritzes poolside, gazing up at the lemon trees, Palms and beautiful mountains. The view from the room was breathtaking. We got a room with just a window that fully opened and that was good enough. We saw people have balconies too, but we were happy with the large opening window. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were extremely clean. it is nice that they are an eco-friendly resort and provide you with a metal water bottle to refill. It would be nice if they gave us two and not just one. The pool was gorgeous and the servers were quite attentive, but there was one worker at the pool named Salvatore I believe , who wouldn’t let us drink our drinks in the pool. They were plastic glasses and we are grown and mature people who are not gonna be dumping or spilling our drinks in the pool. He said that was the reason we were not allowed to have them in there. We found it quiet , condescending and scolding in tone and what he should’ve really been worried about was the copious amounts of poor behaved kids running and cannon bombing into the pool and most likely urinating in the pool. What other annoying thing about the pool was we were told on her first day we had to pay three euro a day for a towel or we could just keep the same towel for the whole trip. We thought that was quite odd for such a high-end hotel, but do you understand the eco-friendly aspect of it but when you’re at a luxury hotel laying

The location and hotel were great. The staff was rude. They close the pool at 6:30 and you can’t even sit by the pool after that time. You have to pay for your pool towels. If the service had have been good it would be great but the service was so poor that I would not go back.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Conca Park - we were so sad to leave! We booked an Economy Double Room and were expecting a relatively small room with a small bathroom (similar to other places we stayed in Italy), and were delighted when we walked into a very spacious room with a large bathroom, the most spacious shower we’ve had in Italy, and gorgeous view of both the pool and the sea. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The check in and check out processes were efficient and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was spectacular and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast buffet - complete with fresh eggs, bacon, etc. - was delicious. We also enjoyed using the gym every morning, which was clean and modern, although minimal in equipment variety (but this was fine as it was never too busy). There is a convenient buggy service which brings you from the street level to the lobby (with luggages as needed) at all hours of the day, and the staff working this service were always so friendly. Location of the hotel is walkable from all tourist attractions in Sorrento, including the beach/ferry port and train station. I have nothing bad to say about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento!!
