Cet hôtel de centre ville est plutôt confortable, le personnel accueillant et disponible. Tout est très bien entretenu. Seul inconvénient, il n'y a qu'un escalier pour monter aux chambres ce qui peut limiter l'accès pour certaines personnes. L'hôtel possède un grand garage ce qui est indispensable dans ce quartier.
Il est à proximité des arrêts de bus (ligne 3 pour la gare et ligne P pour Portovenere) et l'hôtel vend les tickets ce qui est bien pratique (au prix officiel)

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was about 20 min walk from where we had to drop our car at Hertz, 20 min walk from the train to Cinque Terre, and about a 5 minute walk from where we had a scooter rented (walk to the Esso gas station and you will see the scooters you can rent). Staff was very polite and helpful in pointing us in the direction of the public transportation. They also alloys to leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could go to see the last couple areas of Cinque Terre. Great a/c in the room. The only negative was the blowdryer in the room. It resembled a vacuum hose and really needs to be swapped out and updated.

Hotel staff were helpful. Room had AC which we really needed. Room and hotel were clean. Bathroom needs to be updated with better shower. Room was small but thats all we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but i would rate the hotel good-average in general

Smidigt boende i La Spezia med närhet till allt. Hotellet är äldre och lite slitet men perfekt som bas för att utforska staden och Cinque Terre och övriga omgivningar. Till tåget tog det ca 20 min att promenera och 30 minuter senare var man framme i Cinque Terre. Även nära Rapallo och Portofino. Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal, superfin frukost och ett varmt välkomnande. Smidigt med parkering.

Devo dire che questo hotel è stato una sorpresa per noi! Siamo stati benissimo! Le receptionist sono state di una gentilezza fuori dal mondo. Sempre disponibili, simpatiche e solari. Pulizia perfetta , l’albergo da fuori non si presenta al meglio, ma devo dire che dentro è tutta un’altra cosa! Grazie per il soggiorno indimenticabile ed a presto!

Vicina al lungomare, alla fermata del bus, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale. Personale disponibile e gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio coperto o di posto auto davanti alla struttura a pagamento.
