Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand waren hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus 3 mal täglich direkt mit dem Bus erreichbar, so das man nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto benötigt.

My stay here was very nice. Pros: - 95% of the staff was amazing. Attentive, service oriented, and clearly dedicated to my experience. - the pool is clean and a great feature - great breakfast that was included with the stay - location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying in this location Cons: - there was 1 staff member who was completely unhelpful when we needed somethings at night - although there is AC… it does not work very well. Leaving us warm during the night - they require you to use the same pool towel every day which made the room smelly and it wouldn’t dry by the next day. I found this odd because they gave new bath towels daily.

Humidité et odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, terrible, personnel pas accueillant et antipathique dès qu’on leur fait une remarque ou une critique.

The room was a bit small. The cleanliness was superb! It was cold at night with only a thin sheet. There is AC but we immediately turned it off, it was too cold. The coffee in the room was not good, but there was coffee. The breakfast was usual hotel breakfast of which I rarely partake. You get a bottle of water per person per day. The strangest for me was you had to pay for a fresh beach towel each day. Never in my life saw that in all my travels!

War gut.

Be careful what you pay for! We made the booking on hotels.com and paid for a double bed room. Instead we were offered a 4 bed room, very uncomfortable and much lower quality with the explanation that nothing else was available and that the pictures showing on the website are not real, they don't reflect the reality! Be aware when you make a reservation for this hotel as you might not get what you pay for. You will then spend the rest of your stay arguing with the hotel staff and with the hotels.com reps about the poor quality of the room, about the very high price paid for such a miserable room, about their false advertising and how they have ruined your well planned vacation. You can consider yourself lucky if they, at least, give you some apologies, not to mention a refund!

Quite classic Italian hotel in style beautiful pool area and nice rooms but for a four star it was really disappointing, very unfriendly unhelpful checking in staff very early check out time and charge for absolutely everything make out the only parking is at the hotel so they can charge you but free car park literally over the road! . The breakfast staff were very nice friendly and kind but half the breakfast buffet was baskets of jam!! Not what I expected and was very disappointing

A week spent here in late July 2022 made magical by superb location, attractive & well-maintained building & grounds, and for the most part friendly & helpful staff. Top floor partial seaview room was comfortable & met needs though slightly small & aircon quite weak, it's beautiful flower-clad balcony & sea/mountain side scenery more than makes up for any shortcomings. Breakfast is varied and delicious in a calm, sunlit dining room with lovely views of the bay. Pool is a basic, medium sized setup with a reasonable amount of loungers and parasols, great for kids and the pool bar and dining area are stylish and comfortable. Area is clean & well maintained with a lifeguard present most of the time. Bar menu a little limited & expensive. Very slow service even at times when no one is around. On one occasion a male staff member was surly but everyone else was wonderfully friendly. Only real major downside was that WiFi was not available in the room though it was advertised as having it. In conclusion we can highly recommend this hotel as one of the top places to stay in Baja Sardinia.

Ok hotel, clean and good facilities. Nice room. Terrible customer service, potentially because they do not speak English very well in the reception. A few weird policies, such as requiring 20 euro deposit per beach towel, check-out quite early at 10 AM, and not being allowed to take a water bottle from breakfast even though the tap water isn’t drinkable.

Hadde bestilt dobbeltrom med utsikt mot sjø. Fikk dobbeltrom med 2 ekstra køyesenger på rommet,så det ikke plass til å passere hverandre. For å få se sjøen måtte vi stå oppreist og se over naboen sin balkong. Utsikten vår var rett ut i veien. Frokosten var god.

The hotel in general was ok, but two things made the whole thing a bit sour. First of all, the picture of the beach in the ad is not of the part of the beach that the hotel owns. The Hotels part is crammed up to a concrete wall. They can only provide about 10-12 sunbeds for free. The rest is 35 euro pr bed. Also the music by the pool was too loud an pure italian rap music with a ton of autotune and no talent. Not a single guest likes that kind of music, but the bartender did.. Even after asking him to turn it down a bit, or change the type of music, it was ignored. Remember to bring earprotection or your own music i headphones.

We booked a room with sea view and we were given one without any view. Not acceptable.

Heel fijn net hotel. Goede service. Matrassen minder. Prachtig plekje op Sardinië!

Very clean : great breakfasts: good pool: great for short walk to restaurants etc…. Good beach. Taxis a rip off ! Only thing we could Fault was we had a garden room which overlooked car park…..
