Fantastic hotel with a great location. Hotel was fairly central to all famous landmarks and only a two minute walk to the Pantheon. Room was spacious with plenty of room, whilst the bed was very comfortable. Walk-in shower had a good powerful shower head and the provided Aqua di Parma soaps and creams. All in all a great hotel and would definitely return! 5 ⭐️

Really great location and very close to the main sights: Trevi fountain & pantheon, Vatican, Trastevere & the colosseum. The staff very also super friendly & helpful. Grazie mille

Non è un hotel, ma un affittacamere, stanza buia, senza finestre, come in una catacomba. La struttura di un hotel non esiste, le informazioni sulla scheda di Expedia sono fuorvianti.

Great location to walk and take public transportation. The hotel used to be a Palazzo and still has original frescos. Very clean room and spacious. Definitely would stay here again 10/10

The staff get a 5* review. Excellent, friendly service. The main receptionist with who we had most contact was first class. The property is well positioned for some of Rome's "must see" sites and a short taxi ride (if you don't fancy the walk) to the Vatican. However, it is located along a narrow side street where bags of rotting waste were left in 35* heat for a number of days during our stay causing a terrible stench immediately outside reception. This was not the fault of the hotel but the removal of the bags was obviously not regarded to be a priority. Moreover, the hotel's website boasts of a bar, so you might imagine a teatime beer or a late evening cocktail underneath the stars of Rome - well don't bother, there is no bar and the restaurant is across the street where breakfast is ok (once again, very nice staff) but that's all that it is. The stairwells are very tired indeed; the bedrooms have no drawers (at all - not great unless you're happy to display everything that you own to the room maids...) and the lift is a bit grubby and heavily damaged. At £1800 for a four night stay (an inflated price perhaps because Coldplay were in town) you'd expect better, far batter.

Camera n 5 .Prezzo assurdo rispetto ai servizi. Prima colazione non prima delle 8 fuori dell'albergo in un bar antistante. personale inesistente, demotivato e disinformato. Atmosfera lugubre. Bidet senza tappo. Rifacimento della stanza dopo sollecitazione nel pomeriggio intorno o dopo le 15. Nel pomeriggio del giorno 16 chiusura dell'ingresso dell'albergo senza nessuno alla reception e senza possibilità di ingresso se non usando il badge con procedura non spiegata dal personale . Esperienza da dimenticare soprattutto per i costi spropositati ed inadeguati. C'e molto lavoro da fare per migliorare .avv Amedeo Bassi

The hotel is very well located close to shopping and many restaurants. The staff were attentive and helpful with bookings for museums and dinner. Our room was a good size for two adults and a teenager. I would stay here again

Lovely property- rooms are spacious and greatly designed. Beds are large ( American standards) and bathrooms are beautiful with great Acqua Di Parma amenities. Can’t wait to go back.

Quiet luxury in the Roman historical center..don't think twice on this one just go ahead.

Amazing location and rooms. Building was built in 1600's but was really well renovated. The best of old and new, will def stay here again next time in Rome.
