호텔 에르콜리

테르미니 역에서 걸어서 15분 거리입니다. 생각보다 멀어서 당황했었습니다. 로마의 특징인지는 모르겠지만 주변에 물이라도 사먹을 마트 찾기가 힘들었습니다. 호텔 시설 좋았고, 개인적으로는 세면대 물이 새어나와서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식이 아주 좋습니다. 아침에 만들어 주시는 카푸치노는 꼭 드세요. 최고입니다. This place is far from Termini station about 15 minutes by walk. It's a little bit more nearer to Republica metro station. This hotel offer very nice breakfast. If you book this place, you have to try to take Cappuccino!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and while the room was very clean it was let down by the bathroom, the entire chipboard vanity top was covered in white mould and there was loads of other mould in the bathroom it was not ideal at all, the shower screen didn’t close all the way leading to water all over the bathroom floor and being a European bathroom it was so tiny you had to sit sideways on the toilet due to the vanity being in your lap, not ideal. Anyway aside from that the hotel was fairly central and easy to walk to the attractions we wanted to see, lots of food options around to choose from and the staff were very helpful

Svært at få fat i hotellet telefonisk, hvilket var nødvendigt, da man skal have tilsendt instrukser til tjek ind efter kl. 14. De sendte det kl. 12, samme dag for indtjekning efter jeg havde rykket flere gange. Køleskabet på værelset virkede ikke og blev ikke fikset selvom receptionisten sagde at de ville kigge på det. Fjernbetjeningen virkede heller ikke. Forfærdelig belysning på værelset. Tapet var ved at skalle af. Badeværelset var slidt og ville have fået mange K3’ere i Danmark. Morgenmaden var virkelig dårlig - kaffen udrikkelig. Til gengæld var det sødt personale, når der var nogen og rengøringen var fin. Ikke et sted jeg vil ofre penge på igen.

Hotel cómodo, a 15 minutos caminando del centro y con buena relación calidad precio a lo que es Roma. Instalaciones cuidadas y reformadas. Muy recomendable

Very quick stay as we had an early morning flight but the room was perfect for my family and the A/C worked perfectly. Especially with how humid it was in the summer time when we went, the A/C was a blessing

Ricardo fue muy amable y nos sugirió excelentes lugares para visitar, además de explicarnos cómo llegar ahí. La habitación estuvo muy limpia y cómoda, cuenta con frigobar. La comida incluida en el desayuno igual fue muy rica. Se encuentra muy cerca de la terminal. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda volvería.

Only one night here but would definitely stay again. Very clean. Mini fridge in the room was a bonus. Comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. 3rd floor but there is a lift!

A great little hotel for those looking to have a safe, clean, and accommodating place to stay while our exploring the city. Riccardo was an amazing host and made the arrival process incredibly easy, as we came late on a delayed train. The room was perfect for our last minute one night stay, in a great area, with lovely staff. My parents were arriving the day we checked out, but as our BnB wasn’t available until 3pm, Riccardo took special care with our accommodations in order to make something we could leave our bags for a bit and get a lunch. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff was lovely. Very cute old timey lift up to the 3rd floor. Walking distance to attractions. Good cleanliness The toilet seat was broken and would move about. And would be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room.

There is a code to be used to get access to the building which we did not receive before check-in. We arrived after hours not having received the code. I tried to contact the hotel several times without response, before I arrived. No response. I eventually got the code late at night with the help of a local restaurant. The contact seemed peeved that it was somehow my fault. Maybe it was, but the next day I helped another arrival into the place who aldo had mot reveived the code. So maybe it wasn't my fault. One would think that if arrivals habitually arrive with access issues that perhaps the hotel needed to revise its procedures. I won't be staying here again.

Albergo situato su un piano interno di un condominio. Tranquillo e adatto per esigenze modeste. Personale gentile e cordiale.

Staff were very helpful and kind and there are a number of dining options located close by, no more than a 5 minutes.

Arrivée sans contact avec le personnel car un peu tardive, mais sans difficultés. Localisation assez pratique avec plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité immédiate, gare facile d'accès, metro pas trop loin non plus. Sanitaires moyens un peu vétustes mais propres, literie confortable, environnement calme.
