The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to the railway station and major attractions.
Next time I am in Florence,I will definitely stay at the Hotel Executive!

Excellent staff especially Francisco and Manuel, GM Riccardo, front desk personnel who were super helpful with the rental car parking for 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable guest experience. Great location, deliciously filling buffet breakfast, daily housekeeping…everything is top notch. Highly recommended and will be back.

The staff initially gave us a small room but when we complained then they moved us to a bigger room. This is not very ethical. They should give you the room you have paid for and not something substandard.

A beautiful hotel in easy walking distance to the center of Florence. My room was extra large with two bathrooms and very quiet. Definitely would recommend staying here.

My wife and I are Americans on vacation. We just spent a week in France. We spent a few days in Paris then got out to the countryside and stayed in small historic villages. I have always heard that the French were rude and not friendly. That was false, we met nothing but super friendly people everywhere we went.’
So far one day in Florence, not so much. Now to the Hotel Executive…. At check in, I wouldn’t say that the gentleman was unkind, just not very friendly. Our room has a king size bed in it…. But that is it. We can barely walk around it. You kind of have to sit on the edge of the bed and scooch across to get to the other size. So far this has been the most expensive Hotel we have stayed in, not worth the price we paid. The lobby is nice and looks upscale, but the rooms are small and not worth the price.

Lovely hotel with an attentive and well-trained staff. There was only one slight hiccup but they made up for it. The wine tasting was such a personalized and exquisite experience. I highly recommend it! Hotel is in a great location and there’s also quite a number of transportation options.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. It was on one side of the city so there was a lot of walking. The only negative thing was the comfort of the bed. If we hadn’t been so tired from the travel, it would have really bothered me.

Bellissimo!
A wonderful hotel. Staff and management are excellent, friendly and helpful with a warm greeting whenever you pass by.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent with a varied choice of sweet and savory breakfast items.
The hotel's position, a stone throw from the Arno but away from the hustle of the main town, is absolutely perfect.
I will, for sure, book the Executive on my next stay in Florence.

Riccardo welcomed us with open arms as did all of the hotel staff. They were amazing. 15-20 minute walk and you are able to reach all of the piazza’s, restaurants, shopping and Sights of the city. The free breakfast buffet is amazing. Across the street is a wonderful cafe with excellent cappuccino. Try the little near-by restaurants, osteria’s and trattoria’s. You will be pleasantly surprised. We will be back with more of our family next year.
