Staff were all welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the choice was excellent. Great location for the ferry at Carciano and a lovely walk in to Stresa mostly along the lake Used the pool a couple of times - a little cold but fine once you're in.

Excellent staff, very helpful and always with a happy disposition The room was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable and great views of the lake from the large balcony The whole hotel was always spotlessly clean Breakfasts had a good range of foods all very well prepared The walk to Stresa Centre was a bit challenging in the heat, it’s about 1mile and took 20-30 minutes, so we often used local taxis which have a fixed price from Stresa to any hotel of 10 euros The road noise was not a problem within the hotel but a bit noticeable at the pool

Good location just outside busy Stresa, but only 15 minute walk to town. Hotel restaurant was closed for evening meals which did us a favour as we found an excellent restaurant 10 min walk away, down by the lake. It's called Lidro Volante, very busy, advise to book.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a terrific restaurant and made the reservations! Also provided a boxed breakfast for an early train. The room was very nice and quiet. It is right by the ferry and near the walking path by the water. Would go back! Only downside is shortest walk from train station does not have sidewalks for most of it.

A lovely family-run hotel, deserving its three stars. Staff friendly, helpful. Good location by the lido with access to ferries and easy walk into Stresa Citta. Pleasant restaurant and good varied buffet breakfast. Pleasant room with balcony and begonias, a bit noisy on the street side, but with good shutters and aircon if needed.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, un bon lit, une grande chambre, petit bémol manque de rangements dans la salle de bains. Excellent petit déjeuner (beaucoup de choix) et personnel très serviable. Parking gratuit

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbufett war sehr lecker. Aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf dir Isola Bella.

L'Hôtel Flora est superbe ! Une chambre chaleureuse et une salle de bain avec de l'espace. Le clou du spectacle, c'est une magnifique terrasse avec un petit salon où s'installer pour lire ou juste profiter de la vue sur le magnifique lac. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant : des plats savoureux et un service attentionné. J'ai adoré mon séjour à l'hôtel Flora !

Hôtel avec tout confort et un petit déjeuner remarquable. La piscine, au regard du peu de plages publiques est un atout indéniable. Seul bémol, le bruit de la route qui oblige à dormir fenêtre fermées. Chambres spacieuses, literie confortable. Climatisation silencieuse.

Erg tevreden over de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het inbegrepen ontbijt. De schoonmaak en de parkeeropties vielen echter tegen, er was weinig plek voor het parkeren en na het schoonmaken miste regelmatig handdoeken, wc papier en werd er geen nieuwe laken over het bed gedaan.

Hôtel bien situé sur le bord du lac. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! Sympathie du personnel! Seul bémol ; nous étions trois adultes et le lit d'appoint monté sur ressorts n'était pas confortable.

This place is a gem! They were so nice, the location is within easy walking distance from the train station, the ferry, and the main downtown area. We loved the pool area. The breakfast is fantastic and we enjoyed wine and coffee from the bar. A really great property that is reasonably priced . Our room had 2 balconies including one that faced the lake - so beautiful!

Very friendly staff and good location - would request a lake view room next time, as the road is quite noisy at night. Buffet breakfast is excellent and caters for all tastes, with quick service on hot drinks too, so no losing time waiting around. Dinner is good value and great quality, but the menu is limited in scope - there are plenty of restaurants within a 20 minutes walk though. Excellent spa shower and comfortable room. Plenty of sockets in useful locations for charging phones etc. There is a fridge in the room, so you can chill your own drinks, rather than an expensive mini bar too! Great location with buses to Arona and Orta etc. less than a 5 minute walk. Carciano is just over 5 minutes with frequent ferries to the islands or further afield. The train station is around 15-20 minutes walk, but was closed for maintenance while we were there.
